Shaking It Up with LifePro
I do not work for Life Pro nor am I affiliated with Life Pro. I didn't get this beauty as a promotion, I purchased it from Amazon with our own money. With that being said, this is my honest review of using the LifePro for over a month now. Are all vibration plates alike? I'm no expert but I can tell you this one is much better than my low-end model. This unit is heavy providing sturdiness to support all the movement, plus to handle plus-size people as myself. I'm 5' 1" at 160 lbs. I feel my body receives more intensity of the giggling shaking the fat cells loose๐ค with the different direction the vibration platform moves. It's quick and easy to get started. Plug it in, the orange light stays on up front, you now have power. Press the power button which is the circle with the line in the center, right next to it is the tool wheel, press that once P1, twice P2, 3X P3 populates. These are the different program levels. My feet enjoy the feel of the built-in mat on top that's thicker than my lower in model. This beauty comes with lots of accessories and get this --->A lifetime warranty๐๐พ๐. That is a big plus for me. When investing this type of money you should get a warranty because we all know things usually give out after your 30 or 90-day warranty. LifePro adding a lifetime warranty demonstrates their belief in and backing of their products. I mentioned that this 4D unit is heavy. When it arrived in the box, it took my husband and me to carry it in. Yet once you remove it from the box and the thick foam padding, you thank the Lord it has the two wheels on the side to maneuver it. It rolls smoothly even when making turns. Someone on the team had us over-the-hill people in mind. I have severe muscle spasms and I have used this system each night. It arrived April 23rd, 2026 I have not had muscle spasms during the night since using it. No, I had one last weekend but I wasn't in bed. I've actually not had to take my Flexeril 10 MG as often nor do I have to use my nighttime leg cream as often. When I rise I do my Tai Chi stretching, get on the Lifepro P2, then do my Tai Chi exercise, then P3 to start my day. After work I do my over 60 wall and bedtime stretches and P1 the relaxe followed by a warm shower ending with cool/cold water. Not Freezing. If something should go wrong with the system I will update you and let you know if LifePro actually does stand behind their warranty.

Honestly the best purchase I have ever made
Two weeks into my journey with the rumblex 4d pro. It is honestly crazy how much better I feel! I have been following Amberโs 30min workouts daily.(they are on YouTube and Facebook, there are also other instructors) I love Amberโs workout, I love how she pushes you and then dances so loosen up and back to pushing the burn, also love how motivating she is! I love how sturdy the platform is. After a few uses I have really figured out how to move freely on it and maintain my balance, with following the workouts there is a lot of toe taps while squatting or leg lifts or using sliders 1 leg on and 1 leg off the platform. At first I was wobbly and you could hear the suction cup bottom pop off the wood floors a bit (not tipping the platform, just breaking that suction and then going right back) now I know where to keep my center of gravity for the different movements and I am impressed with how much I can do. I am able to work out a lot harder than I ever have before without getting as sore. There was 1 day were I had to half the amount of weights I was using because I pushed a little too hard the day before but I recovered so quick! Getting on the platform that next day and going a little lighter allowed me to work that pain out and I felt so much better. I have also noticed that I am able to do more pushups and longer planks on the platform, I feel like it jiggles out the pain so I can keep going. My whole family is using it! My husband is doing daily workouts sometimes his own but also following some of Amberโs harder workouts. My kids are also in love. I have to limit their usage as they would stay on for hours if we let them. My 6yo daughter has started following some 10 minute kids workout videos, itโs impressive how she knows which movements to do on the platform and which she needs to move to the floor. Her balance has improved so much so quickly. She has a long way to learn the correct way to do the movements but she gives it her all and likes to do yoga after. My son is 4, the first week he was mostly standing on it and singing or sitting and playing with his cars. However this week, he has started to follow the workouts with me. He will stand beside or sit under me, he will use a 1.5lbs weight and follow the movements, grab a stretchy band and do the arm movements parallel to me on the other side of the platform. His favorite part is the Pilates squishy ball, so we slightly deflated one of their play balls for him and he will do his best to keep up. This is a fantastic platform, both the vibration platform and LifePro workouts on YouTube. A beautiful combo!

Feels great and worth the money!
I am loving this machine! I have only used it a few days so far, but I can feel the loosening of muscles in my back and just makes my body feel good. I am honestly sad when the 10 minutes are up lol! I think because it feels like I am getting a full body massage and I donโt want the session to be over. I bought it for lymphatic drainage, and hopefully it will help with cellulite, loosing tight fascia, and tone muscles. Itโs quiet and I bought the larger one so that I can sit on it comfortably if I choose not to stand. However, I love standing on it while shifting my weight and feeling it work on different parts of my body.

A Useful Tool in My Fight Against Osteoporosis
I bought this product (in October 2022) because the seller claimed that it improved bone density and I have osteoporosis. Several months into use, it started to rattle. I had saved the GREAT BIG PIECE OF PAPER that comes with it, asking you to contact the company if you have any difficulties. So I called the company, they asked for a video clip, I sent them one, and THEY SENT ME A NEW RUMBLEX. (I sold the old one on FB Marketplace for $50 and could have sold 15 more of them! I had no idea these machines are in such demand.) At some point, I decided to get serious about using this every day. I decided to use it each morning BEFORE BREAKFAST. (If I wait until after breakfast, the day gets away from me.) The instructions say to use it only 10 minutes max per day, so that's totally do-able. And here's the good news: When I went for my bone density scan in 2024, NO bones had gotten worse and a couple had even gotten a bit better. I learned from that scan that my forearms are osteoporotic, too, so I started using hand weights when I use the Rumblex. I'll be very interested to see how my forearm numbers look next time I get a scan. -- NOW, dear Amazonians, this is NOT PROOF that using the Rumblex increases bone density. It's merely anecdotal evidence, which is the weakest kind. Only a double-blind study, properly set up, could verify the seller's claims about that. HOWEVER, the small improvement I saw and the fact that I did NOT go BACKWARDS are enough to keep me hopping onto my Rumblex every morning. I'm glad I bought it! If you do, be sure to save the GREAT BIG PAPER that comes with it--you may need that!

Day 2- feeling energized! And it really is pretty silent!
I'd always wanted a vibe plate... but I thought they must be very expensive. I was surprised that (on black Friday) I could get one for well under $300... and with free delivery! It arrived at my rural location in less than a week, even though Amazon initially said it would take about 2 weeks... nice surprise! It arrived in perfect condition in the manufacturer's box. I unpackaged and plugged it in. I almost missed the mat that came with it as it was sandwiched between a big piece of cardboard and the inner packaging material. Phew! rescued that and put it under the plate and I'm ready to rock and roll! I know it says "silent operation"... but I figured that was marketing puffery and it would be moderately noisy... but I was wrong! It really is so close to silent I can't believe it! I will concede I've got a concrete floor with horse stall mats on it, and the Rumblex included mat underneath. It might be different on a different type of foundation or second floor, but if that's the case it's not the machine making the noise! It has a great motion and strong motors... and a Lifetime Warranty! Who does that? It's easy to turn on. I've watched a couple YouTube videos on its operation which were helpful and easier to understand (for me at least) than the manual. I'm no expert on vibration plates so I'm not the person to make much comment here. I'm a 61 yo female. Though I'm significantly over weight I am reasonably healthy and do some kind of activity daily. Hiking, indoor rowing, treadmill or resistance training. I also use my rebounder 10 minutes daily. Other than my weight I am not trying to address any real health issue. With that preface I will say that I'm enjoying the shake-up this vibration plate gives me. It's only been a couple days, but it makes me feel energized. My legs feel tingly, my head feels awake and, this will sound crazy, my eyes see better! So far so good, I haven't gotten my hubby on it yet, but I'm looking forward to seeing if it helps him with his systemic inflammation and pain, esp in his shoulder. I'll update if I have anything to report from that. So far am very happy with no regrets and think this was well worth the price.

Love my "Buzzyboard"
My experience with the Rumblex Vibration Plate so far has been great. (I call it the "buzzyboard" at home). So far I have been using it daily for about 10 min a day on the lowest setting with all three movement types since I received it. I love that it wakes up my muscles and it is amazing to me that I can be so sweaty and tired after just standing on it for such a short amount of time. I am quite overweight so I appreciate that it is solid and does not feel like it will break under my weight. I appreciate that it is low impact and easy to use and doesn't hurt me to use every day. I am seeing my stomach and thighs showing more toning and have plans to start measuring to see how many inches I can lose using it on a daily basis going forward. My boyfriend has severe chronic back pain and has a hard time with the settings that have multiple types of movement. I appreciate, also, that it is very customizable so he can use it on the lowest vibration only setting and still get a benefit from it. Even our cat loves it. When he is using it on the lowest vibration only setting our cat loves to sit on it with him. I am very pleased with my purchase and am looking forward to using it every day for many years to come. On a more technical note: It is solid and heavy. It feels like a professional piece of equipment in a gym. It feels completely solid when I step up onto it and doesn't make even a tiny peep of protest at my weight. It is a good size to shove under your bed, table, or even a chair. I just have mine resting standing up against the wall it is plugged into. For being what feels like a professional, HEAVY, and solid piece of equipment it is surprisingly small and compact and easy to stow away when not in use. The remote control "Wristband" thing is a little strange. I never have it on my wrist. I just hold it. But I do like that it has a remote. It is a lot easier than having to turn it on before getting onto it. And if for some reason I need to quickly turn it off I can do so with the remote. I saw some people complain it's not as nice as they would like but what do you really need? A Power, on/off, speed, and mode button are all I need. It does the job. It is very quiet. I would have assumed with the amount of power this thing puts out that it would have a pretty mechanical sounding hum. But it really doesn't. It makes a very quiet clicking sound but only when I have it on the vertical movement setting. Otherwise, it's like I don't even have it on. The sound of my voice vibrating as if it is going through fan blades is often the only audible indication that it is on. I have not yet tried the Bluetooth connection. I figure what is the point of having a speaker built-in if I am only going to be on it for like 10 min at a time. I will listen to one song and stop it. I might as well just use my Bluetooth headset I have on me all the time anyway. I like that I can choose how intense my experience is by not only turning up and down the speed of the vibration but also adjusting where my feet are on the plate. It is extremely customizable in the amount and type of vibration/impact it has on your body. I also love the peace of mind that if something happens to it, I can contact the company for a replacement. I love companies that back up their products with a guarantee that you can feel good about. Overall I think this is a great piece of equipment and I am very happy I have it.

So far, so good. I hope it stays that way.
Reading just the good reviews, this seemed like a winner. Reading the bad reviews made this a leap of faith to pull the trigger. Iโm currently glad I did. Letโs see how long that lasts. To speak to some of the problems in the bad reviews: 1) Bad remote range. Yeah, this is just the battery needing to be replaced. That happens to all remotes with a battery that is almost dead. My remote works perfectly fine. The range is fine. 2) It stops working after a while. I have two theories on this. 2a) When pushing the power cable into the machine, the area with the cable port didnโt feel solid. It had a lot of give to it and felt flimsy, which to be fair is weird that that one area felt that way because the rest of the machine seems solid AF. Iโm afraid that pulling the power cable in and out of the machine every day will eventually lead to some form of internal loose connection. So Iโm always going to leave the cable plugged in to the machine. But that presents a problem because with the power cable plugged in, you canโt really use the wheels to tilt it up and roll it around. So Iโll just have to pick it up and move it without using the wheels. 2b) Another thing that could lead to internal loose connections would be, you know, the vibrations. So Iโm always going to use it on the mat they provided, and since that mat is pretty minimal all of that is going on top of my regular thick exercise mat, instead of leaving it on my hard garage floor. Hopefully that will help. Weโll see. Now regarding the benefits. Iโm already pretty fit/flexible/yada, yada, yada. I bought this to see if it would help with recovery and tightness and maybe it would help lymphatic stuff and improve general health. I noticed three things IMMEDIATELY after the first night of using it. I should note that since Iโm already pretty fit, I just used the 4d max vibration pattern and the highest speed level right out of the gate. I canโt remember if I did 5 minutes the first night or 10. But now I only do 5 minutes at a time because after that my brain says โThatโs enough. Do something elseโ. Anyways, here are the three things: 1) Iโve had pretty constant tightness in the middle of my upper back. Constantly felt like I needed to arch my back and pull my elbows/shoulders back or turn side to side to crack my back to relieve the tightness temporarily. THATโS GONE! AFTER THE FIRST NIGHT! And itโs stayed gone for three days now. Coincidence? Maybe. But all three of these being coincidences at the same time is hard to believe. 2) I used to stay asleep all night. Something changed recently. Iโve been waking up in the middle of the night for a while finding it hard to fall back asleep. After the first night, I didnโt wake up till the morning. The other nights since then have also been much better. I did wake up, but only very briefly and could fall back asleep easily. I have an Apple Watch, so I can track these sleep metrics with the Pillow app or Appleโs built in sleep tracker. 3) This one is more subjective, but I think my knees feel better than usual. All in all, I think it was worth the experiment and Iโm glad I chose the machine I did. YMMV. Weโll see what other benefits I might realize. Weโll see if the machine stands the test of time.

Two thumbs up from a stiff, out of shape senior
Iโve had this a month now. Iโve used it daily and used two of the three possible movement directions. I have not yet tried the programs. Iโm 75, overweight, and not flexible. All the issues seniors face with stiffness and aches and whatnot, Iโve got. This review is for all y'all that are, too. What Iโve found is that it has helped my balance (Iโm moving more easily over the yard to get to the car and whatnot), my strength is improving (Iโve carried the large cat-food bags in where previously I had difficulty lifting them), my flexibility increased (Iโm easily bending down to pick things up, etc), aches in body and joints (just general aches go away and stay away for quite a while, to my surprise), and my energy has gone up (previously I was too tired to walk to the next room until I absolutely had to). In a month! (I need an extra ! on that). To accomplish this, Iโve stood on it and bent my knees a little (nowhere near an actual squat) for 15 seconds or so, and Iโve got a little 2lb hand weights and still standing on it, I do 4 curls, 4 lifts up and down over my head, 4 lifts to the side. I then turn at the waist (I can only go a small amount around, so far) in each direction. That takes me about 2 minutes or so. Thatโs it. Seriously, that is all I'm doing. My body feels as if it has worked out for a long time. I donโt quite understand how, but it does. The machine takes each direction up to (iirc) level 60 but Iโm only on level 1. Havenโt gotten farther โ donโt need to, at least not yet. I started and was on it for just over 1 minute that first time and felt like Iโd worked out for an hour. A month later, Iโm at 3+ minutes and feel like Iโve really worked out. My body is really responding. Iโve even started using it for 20 seconds before bed because after sitting all evening when I stand up Iโm all stiff and if I just lay down in bed I spend an hour while my legs and back object and carry on. That 20 seconds of shaking sorts it all out and I sleep easily without all the leg and back foofaraw. I have a bad back and I was afraid this machine would be a bad thing, shaking me around. Not so. It is better than sliced bread, lol. If youโre a senior like me and youโre debating if you should get it or not due to cost and wondering if it really works, let this review encourage you. Go for it. Worth every single cent. I feel so much better. This gets bonus stars if they had them.

This is the one to get!
Massively Impactful. Using just vibration mode stimulates the vagus nerve which assists your parasympathetic nervous system and just feels really good, and then the 4D mode engages muscles you didn't know you had. I have recommended this to everyone I know. Whether you want to increase your balance and stability or your strength and muscle mass this is a game changer. Lifepro's customer service is also amazing to deal with, I had an issue with my order and they addressed it immediately and I don't think I have ever had a faster, friendlier and helpful response - a total 10/10 for both the Rumblex Pro 4D AND Lifepro's customer service. Note: the 4D means it has the most directional movement options (up and down, side to side, vibration any any combination of those together) GET 4D!!! Not all brands offer this. Also, the 4D PRO has all sorts of extras that make this one the best all around system ( 4 tension bands , 2 tension straps, 4 resistance straps that simulate weights, 2 non stretchy straps (that help you balance and also engage your arms/upper body when you are standing, which would not happen with out straps), a wrist remote control, foam mat and various ankle straps and handles) as well as loads of online support and community. There is a reason it is not the cheapest. The quality is noteworthy. Of all the ones I researched this one stood out and I am so glad I splurged...I'd do it again without reservation.

Best vibration plate thus far.
High highly recommend! This thing is so great and doing squats at the same time. Program 2 is my favourite! Goes right through the body. Definitely a lymphatic system flusher. If i said the said

110 volts
Itโs a nice machine. Note that it operates at 110V so you need a sufficiently powerful converter.
