So glad to have this to feed my two dogs!!!
This is such a great idea, and a quality product - I would say more like 4.5 stars. The only "issue" is that it could use more stability with the rings that hold the bowls - there is a clamp on top that holds the bowls in place, but something to really firmly hold them would be awesome. I would definitely pay more for an upgraded version!!That being said - this is still exactly what I needed for my household that has recently gained a second dog!! Feeding them separately was a real pain, and if they were around each other while the other was eating, the new dog was a snippy little brat. This has made it a piece of cake to feed them. They have to sit nicely while the dishes are filled, and then they both scarf down their food at the exact same time - the new guy is content that he's not missing out, and the current guy is safe from snipping. They know which bowl is theirs as the bowls are at different heights, and they don't even bug me for meals until they see me pull this out of the pantry!

Doesn’t Hold Up Long Term
We used this stand for our German Shepherd. We had to stop using it for water shortly after we got it because it didn’t hold the bowls straight up, so water was spilling every time we tried to place the bowl in the holder. It’s not terribly sturdy, it was ok short term, but doesn’t hold together near as well as plastic holders we’ve had. Currently we’re having to lean it against the wall to keep it upright. The bottom screw that holds it to the base is constantly coming loose and doesn’t screw in very well anymore. Maybe the expectation is too high to expect it to be free standing after 2 years, but our plastic ones (one nearly as old as our 9 year old dog) don’t show the signs of stress or wear that this did. I am chocking a lot up to style and will not be purchasing another holder of this type in the future.

Don't tighten too much
The tiny welds on the parts that scew to tighten will pop with little tension. I got the biggest one and the hoops that hold the dog dishes droop significantly. I like the product design, but it is not a very sturdy construction fir the price.

Great dog bowls!
This is great for my big dogs. We bought two of these. One for food. And one for water. We like that they don’t have to bend their heads down too much into the bowls. They can be adjusted to any height, and they are pretty easy to keep clean. The only minor complaint I have is that once they are at their preferred height, the bowls sit at a little bit of an angle with the weight of the water and food. But that is not too big of a deal to us.

Good idea but it needs to be sturdier
I bought this because my dog likes to dig in his water bowl and is then left with no water. This solved that problem, but the attachment isn't sturdy enough to hold the full bowls without tilting. I've tightened the screws all the way but the bowls tip quite a bit so you can't fill them all the way. I put an old plastic bowl under this water bowl to help hold the weight. I don't know how long this will last but I'm disapointed.

Excellent on paper, but execution is low quality/low function
The concept behind this design is ideal, but this manufacturer needs to go back to the fabrication drawing board. The sturdiness and functionality is greatly decreased because of poor materials/production quality. The screws/knobs strip and begin to slip and then won't tighten well and hold. Adjusting is difficult at best and I'd actually recommend not bothering to try. I took apart the set again to hopefully tighten things up and it didn't work. So sad, because the design is a great idea. I have a disabled dog trying to walk again and adjusting the heights would be a big help for when he's in bed vs. trying to stand vs. in his wheelcart. Can't recommend.

Bad manufacturing quality
This thing is badly manufactured, holes don't line up on the bottom due to one of the screw holes being off from where its supposed to be. The center post is slightly warped as well, and the non slip pads were falling off the bottom coming out of the box. The bowls are cheap thin metal and parts of the weld are not complete. All in all you get what you pay for in this product but I'd still expect standard manufacturing methods from an established company to not be worse then a freshman engineering students final product.

Great design, just wish it had a smaller dish option
I like this product very much. It's much more stable than I expected, and you can adjust the dishes independently of one another, which is convenient. If it had smaller dish sizes available, I would happily give it 5 stars. The dishes are about 8.5 inches across and about 3-3.5 inches deep, which is much larger than we need. We free-feed, but only put down about 1 cup at a time. It's lost in the bottom of the dish! Other than that very minor complaint, I can happily recommend this feeder.

Helps my dogs
I have two dogs, one who’s a whopping 100lbs and the other 60lbs. I was worried the smaller dog would have trouble reaching the bowl if I had it up to high, which now she loves having her bowl off the ground a bit. As for my 100lbs dog, I was worried about his neck and how far he had to reach down as he has Great Dane in him and is very tall. It works perfectly for both!! I have one bowl closer to the ground and the other up to the perfect height for him and it hasn’t tipped over, even when eating their wet food treat. Definitely worth the investment if you have tall dogs!!

POOR QUALITY
Save you money. I had high hopes for this product. First one came and had defective bowl clamp (welded on one side only) so bowl just hung on a bad angle.Received replacement quickly put it together ( parts almost fit so need a little finessing) and it lasted about a week before one of the welds broke leave the dish hanging at an angle again!!Save your money. If I would have keep the box I would be sending the replacement back too so just out of pocket on this

Pretty good
It took much longer than needed to assemble it. It comes with a single page for instructions but I just didn't bother with it. The good thing is that you don't need any tools or added screws to assemble it. I wasn't able to fully screw in the base knobs but I kept twisting them as much as I could and it's sturdy so I left it. It came quite dusty so I wiped it with a lysol wipe and I washed the bowls before using them. The most difficult part of the assembly was definitely trying to get the base knobs screwed in properly.

Not ideal for heavier or strong dogs
My 140lb American Bulldog went to drink and the frame holding the bowl bent down spilling all the water out. The frame itself is strong and stable but the rings holding the bowls are flimsy and can't hold much more weight than the water itself. My 75lb OEB also bent the other side a little and he didn't put much head weight on it. Will be returning.

Flimsy, not worth the price.
Product box was in poor shape and sloppily taped together despite pristine Amazon packaging, suggesting item was returned at least once before. Poorly constructed with lightweight material, the brackets aren't sturdy enough to support the large bowls if they are filled more than about 1/3 (especially with water). Ultimately I decided not to return the item as it will be usable with a few modifications, but I would not recommend to others.
