Not sure if I will be able to continue using this product. Have used once and only used 3 sprays and the smell was so strong it inflamed my sinuses and gave me a pounding headache. It's not a bad smell just EXTRAORDINARILY strong. This hold spray needs an unscented version.*** UPDATE ***The problem seems to be the sprayer that comes on the bottle. It's very aggressive. It releases way too much product in one pump. To use it without overwhelming you with the smell or stickiness, you have to hold it at least 10 inches or so away from you which waste product. The hold however is very good and soft if you make sure to hold the bottle some distance away from you. Once dry you can touch and no fibers will transfer. Also, it holds up in the wind. But applying at a distance is KEY to receive a good result. If you hold it too close you will be over powered by the scent and the hold will become sticky and stiff.*** Update ***Have been using for about 2 weeks now. I have sensitive skin and mild (controlled) psoriasis and I am happy to find that this hold spray does not cause my skin to react at all! Yay!!! I also must say that the hold is indeed strong! I have fallen asleep with the spray on and woke up and none of the fibers were displayed or transferred to clothing or bedding. Despite the strong hold it does wash out easily and completely with no residue or damage left behind. When this bottle runs out I will likely be buying more but will try transferring it to a different sprayer bottle. I still feel that the sprayer is too strong and releases WAY too much product at once.

This will hold the fibers in place but be careful. I would suggest when you use this with the hair fibers to not use tons of if in areas that are thin. Use a little bit but don't get carried away. Because I've found on my hair when I've used an ample amount and spray when I would brush my hair with my hand later on after it dried you can definitely see marks and I've had to clean my scalp. It would be embarrassing to have someone see this. So please be careful as I have found out.

This is a great color match to my hair. It s like a fine powder though. A little difficult to get it exactly where I need it on my scalp.

Alright so, you’re reading this because you’re losing your hair and aren’t quite ready to buzz it and don’t want to take pills that make certain parts not work, right?Yeah, me too. This stuff works wonders. I’ve recently started cutting my air shorter (an inch on top, #1 on side) with a fairly significant thinning issue at this point.You wouldn’t be able to tell. I use extra strong hair spray to hold it in place and it lasts for a few days, quite honestly. Just make sure you rub it in good and use as liberally as you need to.It gives you confidence.

UPDATE: After several months I have reconsidered my 5 star review and moved it to 2 stars. The reason is that, even though it works really well, I started getting headaches every time I used this stuff. It turns out this is coloured with tartrazine and other petroleum based synthetic dyes. I can't tolerate tartrazine as it is a known migraine trigger. Not only that, but this is made from animal fur/wool and that's something I'm not ok with. There are better alternatives on Amazon which are made from cotton and coloured with mineral and plant based dyes. I do not recommend this one.I tried Toppik and it made me itchy. It was also too green. I thought I'd give this alternative a try as it had great reviews. I bought a large 50g bag of medium brown and a small plastic 12g bottle of light brown and mixed them with the ratio 2 parts medium to 1 part light to get my perfect shade. I also bought the pump applicator and put that on the small bottle. So now I have a perfect little product to make my fine hair look full. I prefer this brand because their browns don't have green tones and the cost is really reasonable.

Works great, does its job, doesn't really shed much throughout the day.Best to use after shower, dry, spread your hair out with a brush sprinkle this on, do a little more than the spot you're trying to hide so it blends, pat your hand down on your head a few times, then I just mess my hair up with my hand that usually gets the loose stuff out, brush down to style, hairspray, then brush your hair out after it dries, hair spray will keep your hair in place and brushing it out gets rid of the hard wet hair spray look, enjoy.

My wife uses this and refills her shaker container from the bags. She mixes dark brown and medium brown to get a better match. She loves it! Most economical way to buy is by the bag. We bought a shaker bottle of Ustar before and it is refillable. Arrived in one day.
