They’re good eye patches but they don’t fit around the eye very well.

Cool eye patches
I keep these eye patches in the fridge to keep them cool. They can tend to slip down the eye. So perhaps lying down is best way to apply. Not sure they've made much difference to puffy eyes. Stung a little as well.
