How wide a hole is needed in the worktop to fit the dispenser and pump?

I am not sure sorry. My sink was reversible so had a pre drilled hole front and back. The one we used for the tap and the front one had a cover on it. I took the cover off and this fitted over the hole completely

Does anyone know the diameter of the bottle please? And is the plastic soft or hard? I have a very tight space under my sink.

i dont know the size but under my counter was no space yet this fitted perfect. the plastic is kinda inbetween hard and soft.
