Might be Good for Those Beginning Their Journey
If you are at the beginning of the journey to manage your health by working to loose weight, this might be a good place to start. If you’ve been on the journey for a while, then I think it’s worth the $3 for the kindle book, but not much more.There are a few gems in here, but for the length of the book and the number of assertions the author makes, there are very few citations to backup the author’s claims. The advice is the standard calorie counting/goal weight setting type of stuff that can be found anywhere. There is a discussion about supplements, which is were the author has done the most citations and is interesting.I’d recommend “The Obesity Code” and “The Diabetes Code” if you really want to get into the science of how the standard thinking around weight loss needs to be challenged (and what to do about it).

Not a fan
This is a book full of informations supported by very little evidence. Could be true, could be false, who knows?One example over everything, why would you advise to skip breakfast without even mentioning to check with a doctor? I know for sure if I didn’t eat for hours before dinner I’d faint flat if I skipped breakfast, but wheat if someone doesn’t know?Suspicious and full of grammar mistakes. I don’t trust it.

Very disappointed in the book. Very general information. No diet plan just a list of 10 foods to include.

I liked this book, the description of body types makes more sense than what I have heard and read before about dieting. I understand why I don’t loose weight no matter what I do or eat.Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

The book quality is an inexpensive paperback with no images. Not worth the price, but clearly a money spinner.Content is a reasonable read and written to motivate but having read the first chapter I realised this was not my type.Wrap your middle finger and thumb around your wrist, if they don't meet this book would be for you.

Good read
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I enjoyed the simplicity and the knowledge that was put into it. I was spellbound from the beginning to the end. I feel that I am ready to accomplish the reason I bought this book. I loved the encouragement and the thought put into this book. Thank you. I finally know now how to calculate my macros and eating 85% clean makes sense for longevity sake.
