Wig is nice and soft but there's too much gray. Need a different color

The media could not be loaded.  This wig shipped and arrived very fast and I got it for a family member who wanted a nice wig. She loves how it fits and how it looks. The wig is real hair! and it is very soft, very full, and easy to care for it. With the useful inserts in the box, you can learn how to wash it with shampoo and conditioner, (it has a card with detailed care instructions) and it's recommended that you deep condition it about once every two weeks. There's also a separate weaving cap in the box, with pictures how to use it, another card with 10 steps on how to care for curly hair, and a very nice personal note from the manufacturer. There's a very thin cover / mesh over the wig when it arrives, you might be able to see it in the short video that i am including., but I think you remove that when wearing it, but I'm not exactly sure. Anyway, this is a really nice product and I will probably get another one. Thank you and I hope this is helpful for your decisions.

I kept this wig because I’ll have my hair stylist redo it. It’s entirely to bulky.

The wig was nice my only fault with this wig was the color...too dark and the size was too large fora good fit.Will try to purchase again in another color and hope the size is okay.

I really liked this wig great style and color I ordered the same wig and was sent a different one I'm very upset and disappointed!I hate it when a company substitutes. I will try and contact the HUA company Amazon will not help you at all...

It’s bulky and it will not stay in place

7/1/ 2023 Just purchased another today. I just love these wigs. I buy in the same style slightly different color so that it always looks like my own hair. No one yet has figured out I wear wigs. I think I'll keep it that way..lolI purchased three wigs from HUA and was not disappointed by any of them. This is my latest and probably my favorite because it's so light and airy. I purchased 2 of this style! Customer service was excellent, and I could not have asked for a better seller on Amazon to work with. I look forward to new line of vibrant styles and colors from HUA.

what i Like about it was the fact that it met all my expectations and i will reorder.

The media could not be loaded.  Really wanted this to work for me but nah, this is NOT the one. Although very soft & the color isn't bad, the construction at the top of the wig is wonky. I'd rather return it than try to make it work for me.
