Best decision
Our 3 ton central heating and cooling was not keeping the house cool and was continuously running. I was very skeptical about buying the split unit and wanted to buy a bigger outside unit, the HVAC guy advised me it would not help to get a bigger unit it was more my duct work that was the problem. My husband was the one who had told me about the split units, I had never heard or them before. Anyways I 100% recommend this. I bought the 36,000 BTU split unit about a month ago and my house is staying cool all the time now, even with cooking and running the dryer. This is definitely one of the best purchases I have made in a long time.

Warranty is WORTHLESS
Folks...Before you buy a Mr. Cool HVAC system make sure you know the "lemon laws" in your state. Your system will fail 1 month after the warranty expires and then Mr. Cool will NOT stand behind their product. There's a reason you don't see any review pages for Mr. Cool.......
