Review: Necessary to charge your car AC using hoses - but note this is for the piercing type of cans - This is necessary to charge up your car AC with 134 using the typical manifold and hoses that the HVAC techs carry. It was priced well and works. The key to remember is that the can adapter is specifically meant for the cans that are pierced. It is not meant for the ones where they also have a built in pressure valve (not schrader - but works like one). Those require that you depress the valve just so much and then you get gas.. I did not know this. Until I used this and then quickly realized the error. I still managed to finagle with it to make it work, but it was less than ideal. Destroyed the valve, but got refrigerant into the car! Later, I bought just that can fitting and use it with the other valve adapters that came with this.

Kit worked perfect. I nitrogen tested my A/C system for several days and these sealed perfectly. A pro should likely buy a pro level tool, Great for DIY use, I see nothing wrong with it.
