Review: Speedy delivery, well packed, arrived safely - It was bigger than expected as we had a small Nespresso machine that died on us. It takes a bit of time to get used to the cup sizing and which pod you will use. Note that the coffees for Vertuo are not the same as the smaller pods. There are U tube videos that are good and well presented to get you started. We are not keen on using glass cups and the patterns that you can see with the "frothy" milk. Where it is good is making a mug of coffee :-) No need to use two or more capsules to get an americano.
Review: Great improvement on the 1x mug version - Love the large water tank! 3x mugs or 4x cups in one go. The mug rest is much more efficient / better designed too. I was originally buying a spare, but it is in pride of place while my 1x mug version is relegated to the storage cupboard.

**Q: I have an original and we all use 2 pods to make a long coffee with flavour. Would you need 2 pods with the virtuo or do the pods pack more punch**
A: These pods are VERY strong. In my opinion, you only need one. The machine itself comes with 12 capsules for you to try to determine what strength you like...I bought this as a gift for my partner, he’s a coffee lover and has said how strong and quality the coffee is.

**Q: How do you claim the promotion? There’s no coupon in my box**
A: You usually have to go to the Nespresso website, register your machine. Once you’ve done this then any offers when you bought the machine should be in your account. If not contact Nespresso via your Nespresso account.

**Q: Can you get latte pods**
A: Yes

**Q: does it come with milk frother?**
A: That deal seems to come with a Nespresso frother...usually worth over £70 on its own.

Makes really good coffee but the cleaning and descaling procedures are pretty complex to master and I for one had to keep running back and forth to the online manual to check the next step each case - it's not intuitive and this could surely be made simpler with better onboard software/LEDs. So put the online instructions as close to the machine as you can when you clean or descale. Would love to see a video of George Clooney trying to make it look easy. We did have an older one which eventually died on us. It's next to impossible to diagnose or self-repair, but we bought another of the same model, which probably tells you all you need to know.
