Can be used on a big diameter handlebar.
Very well built and stable when installed in the handlebars. I like this because it can be mounted on a bigger bar than most of the holders on the market. It can also be rotated in all directions for the perfect video angles. Great product at a reasonable price.

Works great
It works fine with a little manipulation. Installed on a walker rather than a bike so the bars were at different angles than the bars in a bike. Nevertheless, got it mounted satisfactorily

Works well on a Harley M/C
Holds phone tight in place. The holder itself is designed for either a phone without a case or a small profile phone case. I have an iPhone 11 with a Otter Box (which is not small) and it holds the phone just fine in place. I bought a separate rubber strap to complement the holder. I use it on my 2007 Harley Ultra Classic.

Worth the money for sure
I love the phone holder, but I need to take off my phone case for it to hold my phone. If I didn’t have to do that, it would be perfect!! It holds my phone nice and tight! I would recommend this to anyone.....

Does not hold phone in place.
This holder looks good on photo but does not hold the phone during bike ride. I had to constantly tightened the screw otherwise the phone would fall out. Returned the product after one ride. Do not recommend.

Quite flimsy
The device is light, made of good materials, and holds a large phone. The included rubber pads are useless because they fall off during riding, not to mention your phone's case will protect the phone from rubbing the cradle and will probably grip better than the pads anyway. When performing the install, you may need to disassemble the balljoint retainer screws to hold the inner ball steady against the inside of the joint to allow for tightening of the locknut. The major flaw IS the ball-joint! It has no locking teeth nor texture to affix it to the housing once tightened, so that 5 miles of rough roads will cause the joint to loosen and tilt the phone... over and over. During the ride, my hands were wet and I couldn't turn the locknut further, because it was already quite tight and because I just couldn't get my fingers around around it well enough to turn it. I tried using blue Locktite on the threads of all the screws AND the balljoint itself, and tool-tightened the joint, to no avail. It still loosened and tilted the phone while riding. Constantly fiddling with the clamp to reset it is more than irritating. So today I used superglue on the balljoint (pictured). I don't care that it's permanent. It will stay where I have it set now and I can focus on riding safely. If you're thinking about hiring a mechanic to perform all these tedious tasks, this isn't the phone cradle for you.

Study built
The mount is made with Aluminum Alloy so it's light but very study. It holds the phone very tight. There is little issue with the ball joint not perfectly rounded make it somewhat difficult to (fine) adjust the position. But after it's adjusted, it will stay. The provided cushions for the 4 grips where they may contract with the phone are sticking with double-sided tape. I'm not sure how long they will last before they will felt off. Without those cushions, they hard metal may scratch the phone.
