High Price, Poor Quality
Laser engraved design of Christmas characters was poorly done. Engraving barely etched the surface of the wood.

Customer service will not stand by product
Diffuser stopped working . Only a year old customer service said can’t replace and wouldn’t come to an agreement of replacement or refund. Insist on me sending in product for them to “fix” it was obviously broken I took the whole item apart. The mechanical aspect was all rusty and smelled of electric. There’s no fixing that junk. Also the point of what rubs me wrong is they wanted me to pay the shipping for them to tell me it’s broken??? NO. Unreasonable for this priced product and they claim they stand behind quality. They ghosted me after I said it’s broken I took it apart. Problem was never solved! I would definitely NOT recommend this product save your money and buy one from Whole Foods or somewhere local.... JUNK PRODUCT and customer service is terrible. Take your money elsewhere. Threw the product out!
