Good quality bashing machine!
Was fed up of husband hitting blocks of ice with a spoon and having to duck the flying ice. This keeps this safe and tidy. Be aware that the mallet is efficient - so dont over bash !

Spot on
I spent ages looking at ice crushers and decided on this in the end. Very glad that I did, it works incredibly well. I was worried that hammering away at my worktop would be noisy but its fine and practically no mess. Also, I donโt have some chunky ice crunching device to find a home for in my kitchen.

Sturdy bag, cheap mallet
It's a solid lewis bag, but I wish it had a way to fasten it closed. The mallet is fine, but cheaply produced. That said, it gets the job done.

Great for crushed ice
Wanted this for my home bar and glad I finally purchased it. The ice does stick a bit to the inside of the bag, but apart from that it works fine

Smacking good times
I love this. You put your big ice cubes (or your solidly-frozen-together small ice cubes), and smack them with the light, wooden mallet. In no time, you have crushed ice. The cotton bag keeps it from becoming "wet ice" in the process. Then you serve your ice. It's great.

Cheap and aMust for a travelling bartender
I use this all the time makes breaking up ice easy and if you canโt get hold of crushed ice makes it super easy to do

A simple & cheap way to crush ice!
Rather satisfying way to crush ice! There's no seal on the bag - just fold it shut then hammer away! Better than a single speed Boss to Go Sage blender that turns ice into either snow or boulders & not a lot in between!

Crushing ice
I was a little disappointed when I got my bag because there was no liner in it. I had to use a plastic bag in it because once I crushed the ice it would stick to the bag.
