I haven't bought the cup holder, umbrella holder and/or score card holders yet. They are available separately or in a combination. I am not happy with the manual. It needs to be updated and the operating procedures clearly explained. I thought it wasn't working properly and twice loaded it back in the truck. I was not operating it correctly. I emailed and called customer service on a Friday and left a message. He called me the following Monday and told me what each control did and how to operate it. He said he was working on a manual update. ### ⭐ Very poor construction *by K***S on May 18, 2019* This product failed after 7 months service. Amazon's website clearly states there is a one year warranty. When contacted, Amazon told me I must go to the manufacturer for parts and service. Through telephone trouble shooting, Spitzer said I needed a new control board. The control board uses 1970's technology, which I believe contributed to control board failure, from moisture, since it is impossible to avoid moisture after it has rained. The replacement control board sent does not have the same connector as the battery connector. Spitzer's answer to this problem was, and I quote "We've made improvements to our cart overtime and we try to make parts as compatible as possible." When I asked for a refund, Spitzer says I didn't buy it from them - and I again quote "The problem is that you never purchased the cart from us. There was no financial transaction between us." Amazon says they won't refund because it is past 90 days since it was purchased. So I now have a $784.55 boat anchor. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to operate *by J***N on March 25, 2015* I just took this out for the first time. I bought this cart for the ease of assembly and operation and was not disappointed. For a first time motorized cart buyer I wanted a fairly sturdy simple cart. the on/off buttons and the speed knob are easy to read and access with my right hand. It felt a little weird having only one handle on the right side but quickly got the hang of it. I was also a little worried that the cart might tip on the steep side hills or going uphill but it functioned well. By the 18th hole I felt very comfortable walking next to the cart hands free. My biggest disappointment was when I put the cart together for the first time and found that the bottom turn know was bent. I ordered a new one from Spitzer for $25 ($15 for part $10 for shipping) and they were very quick to send the replacement part I needed. I was also a little disappointed in the attachments I also ordered from Spitzer. the card holder is very small and does not cover the score card - the drink and umbrella holders seem pretty clunky.
