Does anyone know what are the inner dimensions?

The inner diameter is 5" and the distance from the inside bottom of the oven to the upper edge is 4 1/4". The sides are 1/4" thick.

Does this have a coating like enamel or is it pure cast iron?

NO ENAMEL COATING... IT'S PURE CAST IRON THAT HAS BEEN FACTORY "SEASONED". LIKE MOST FACTORY SEASONINGS, MANY FIND IT HELPFUL TO PERFORM ANOTHER HOME "SEASONING" OR TWO BEFORE USE. BUT I HAVE, AND USE THIS DUTCH OVEN AND IT WORKS WELL FOR SMALL MEALS ETC. HOPE THIS HELPS.

Why does the information say that this is made of a blend? I thought it would be iron. Also, has anyone tried it for cooking indoors?

Cast iron can certainly be used indoors, both in the oven and on the stovetop, no coals necessary.
