After 4 months, I was having trouble with the handle lock. I let the company know, sent a few pictures, explained the issue and they sent me a new lock set immediately. Knowing that the company stands by their product, I will purchase from this company again. The product is really nice and am happy to have the replacement as it looks really good on my door.

The door lock set is a great value. They are sturdy and well made. As a replacement, they installed easily. I would purchase them again if needed.

This product is much better quality that I thought it would be. We bought this for our back door which we go in and out of all day. It was easy to install and I love the paddle handle which makes it ADA compliant. I would definitely buy this again.

I'm forced to replace another (very similar) Schlage lock that was installed 7 years back, only because it was made with cast white metal on the interior parts. Because of this the screw mount just snapped off suddenly. I'm not a fan of stamped parts, but this never would have happened with them.It turns out that this one is a stamped internal parts set, so hopefully I won't have to deal with this again.The fact that this was so inexpensive, and is of decent quality makes it a great value. The finish is excellent, and it actually feels nice in your hand as you use it. Since the deadbolt was only an additional $5.00 (roughly) over just the handle lockset I'd say this is a great deal.Recommended.

I purchased a Schlage exterior door lock with deadbolt and during installation one of the screws was stripped. I retuned the product for a new one and the second one took 2 hours to install and I still couldn’t line up one of the screws. Plus the 2 keys were difficult to insert and remove. In talking with friends they too had the same issues with the Schlage lock.I purchased the Gobrico lock and installed it within ten minutes. All the screws lined up and it came with 6 additional keys. All worked perfectly.Best part: the Gobrico was a third the price and better quality.

Bought a three-pack of these. The deadbolt lock-work in the first one disintegrated during installation, sending pins and springs flying everywhere. The second one installed okay but the bolt could not be fully deployed using the lock handle - you could only get it to come all the way out by using the key, but then the key could not be removed from the lock until you retracted the bolt completely, making it totally useless. The bolt recess cover also did not line up properly and couldn't be used. I'm not even going to try the third one and wish I had attempted to install these while still within the 30 day refund period.

The handle wobbles a bit, regardless of how much you tighten things up. It feels like it will eventually fall apart or strip out. I wouldn't buy it again, but for now, it is working as intended.The real issue is the shape of the keys, which are like a triangular pyramid shape, with insanely sharp edges. I've had this doorknob installed for a few days, and I've already sliced my fingers open several times when I reach into my pocket for my keys. I'm going to have to get copies made to stop cutting myself every time I want to unlock my door.
