Doesn't appear to be as rust spots showed up after washing.

They are copper clad with chrome type coating

I presume China but it's definitely imported. They basically work but they're not strong. I was looking for stainless steel ones because my other ones rusted but I'm disappointed with how flexible they are. They bend easily when picking up larger pieces. I cannot recommend them.
