Useless product under Indian condition.
It does not come with a converter . Cannot use it in Indian conditions. Asked for a return but refused. Total waste of money .

Me encantó! Bastante vapor y las cosas se cocinan de acuerdo a su guía de alimentos incluida, fácil de usar y de limpiar, llegó a tiempo y en buen estado. Buena capacidad para diversos alimentos al mismo tiempo, incluido el arroz. Una excelente compra.

Works great
I was skeptical because of reviews I read but could not find any in my area so bought it anyway, thankfully I didn't listen to past reviews. It's great, love it. Not sure why so many complaints about water all over, mine so far never a drop beside steamer, and easy fill up with more water if needed, not sure about the complaint that she could not find the fill up?? It's well marked. Great to steam corn with the double high steamer. Easy to clean also, steams everything fast. Only downside have to watch steamer closely as finish "ding" sound very faint barely audible unless your standing right beside it, but it goes onto warm mode so at least food does not cool off if you check past done. I can live with this one little issue.

This item is not intended for use in the UK! It is rated at120Volts and not the 230/40Volts we us in the UK. Comes with a two pin American (moulded) plug. If you were to remove this to put a three pin plug on you invalidate your warranty and would be dangerous!!!!

Je peux sire juste c'est magnifique comme appareil , ça m'a beaucoup aidé avec mon bébé aussi moi et mes enfants , facile a nettoyet , laisse les aliments chauffé piur une 1 de plus apres cuisson (si vous voulez cette option ) j'ai essayé tout dedans , vient avec un bol pour le riz et c'est super cuit ...je vien de poster mon avis apres 3 mois d'itilisation et je suis vraiment satisfaite faut juste suivre le manuel ;)
