Caputo - Italian Premium Flour "Pizzeria" Type "00" - 5 kg Pack

After reading reviews I wasn't sure what to expect but today I received enough pizza flour 20kg to make pizzas for the next year on our ooni. Product matched the photo (others were complaining about this) and it was excellently packaged for storage. Very happy with service and delivery much quicker than expected.

Sometimes you get what you pay for and in this case the premium price equates with one of the best. That dealt with, it is so easy to make a good pizza dough with no kneading required to make a dough that will stretch as thinly as you like. The only downside to this is you have to be aware of how much liquid (water, oil, milk...) you are adding to the mix. Make it too wet and too thin and its stretchiness will make it impossible to move from A to B as a dough. That of course is part of the skill and fun!

Just the best flour for pizzas. The high gluten content makes the dough stretch more, makes it easier to work with but gives an amazing bubbling rise when cooked.Don’t bother using anything else!

Flour is perfect in all respects. I wanted to make my own Pissa's. I thimnk the flour worked wonderfully. I do be lieve it can be used for making " tear" bread buns also. Will be ordering more when I have perfected the Pissa method.

Great flour for pizzas, best I’ve bought. Will buy again. If you love homemade pizzas then this is the flour to buy! Expensive but worth it.

This is the greatest! Don’t buy another pizza flour!! Only gripe is that it was so expensive. Would defo buy more often if a bit cheaper.

This is the flour I most often use when doing pizzas. Its value for money is excellent and I get consistent results every time for my Neapolitan style pizzas, with a light, airy and crunchy cornicione and chewy centre. I am a regular customer and will continue to buy it.

Disappointed with BB date ! Bought this in May, BB date is July . I will never use all this flour by July. Dissatisfied with product.

Ottima farina (anche perchè costa tanto) ma seppur ordinato 5 pacchi da un kilo ognuno mi hanno mandato un solo pacco da 5 kg! Mi serviva, quindi, l'ho tenuta. Secondo me un pacco da 5 kg dovrebbe costare di meno rispetto a 5 pacchi da 1 kg. O sbaglio?

Farina ottima , la migliore in assoluto, pizza da urlo , sapore come a Napoli. Da ricomprare, di negativo nulla da segnalare, la consiglio a tutti

Conosco molto bene la farina Caputo tipo "Pizzeria" e data l'impossibilità di poter andare fuori dal mio comune per acquistarla ho deciso di ordinarla qui ma purtroppo a casa mi è stata consegnata la tipologia "Classica". Nonostante tutto do due stelle perché il mulino Caputo è un ottimo mulino.

Confermo anche io...scrivono 5 confezioni da kg ma poi arriva una confezione da 5 kg....credo la restituirò perché lo trovo un comportamento estremamente scorretto

Finalmente l’ho provata: ottima farina! Al contrario di chi si è lamentato io ho ricevuto correttamente 5 pacchi da un chilo.
