How big is the pill? Can you take a photo of it in your palm so I can see? Thanks!

They are large and hard to swallow. I much preferred the tiny tabs. Even cutting these in half, while a real hassle, does not help much.

I have been taking this product for many years and the last order I received had a very bad smell when I opened it. Has anyone else experienced this?

Last two bottles I received had a bad smell. I contacted New Chapter and they have changed the formula. I am going to try another dose and see if it still causes nausea. They are using a new type of algae that is causing the smell. The tablets are not as brown and are not smooth like before. So, the tablets are fine, they just smell. The older version never smelled like this one.

Is this product calcium citrate or calcium carbonate ?

Red marine algae contains mostly calcium carbonate, but it also contains a considerable amount of other minerals. It is believed that these additional minerals are the cause of the extra benefits obtained from the consumption of red mineral algae supplements compared to most regular calcium supplements.

Is algae source still source of calcium carbonate?
