Did the chair come assembled?

Yeah it sure did. Came basically in a big cube box where it was all 1 piece. I basically did nothing but roll it into my Study.

I see the picture has a "Brown" Seat, do you have in in all black?

Yes, arms adjust. Up-down and in-out. Though be aware this may not be the exact same model you have. Hawthorne has different models with adjustable arms.
