Omg this heat pad a amazing ot give me great relief when I have a back ache also keeps me warm when I it to early to put the heating on in the home😊I only use the pad on 3 any higher it can be very warm🥵it also turns off after a while which Is very good because I've fallen asleep on the sofa with it on that how cozy it is.So going peeps crab yourselves 1 it will also keep you warm if you don't want to turn the heating on to early in the evening.

This has proved very useful, in my case not for back pain relief but for saving on heating bills. I use it when I'm sitting at my PC, which I normally do for 2-3 hours a day. Here are its disadvantages:- It warms my neck, back and shoulders, but obviously not my hands, feet and legs, so it's not designed to keep you warm in a very cold room - it just means you can turn the heating down but not off.- It's a bit awkward to put on (the popper fastenings are especially fiddly) and I have to watch where I trail the flex. So it's hardly worth putting on unless I'm going to be settled at my desk for 15 minutes or more.- I only ever use the lowest settings 1 and 2, and even on setting 1 I find I have too turn it off after about 10 minutes because I'm feeling too hot! Then I leave it for another 10 minutes before switching on again. If only it had a lower setting!Overall, though, it's good value. I've been using it for several months without problems - the automatic cut-out continues to work when I forget to switch it off.

It's give you that lovely warm cosy feeling. I'm glad I bought it.

I bought one of these earlier in the year for my disabled husband who used it for approx 10 times I packed it away for summer then got it out for him to use it yesterday he had only had it on for a few mins when he got an electric shock from it!! I just hope this doesn’t do the same I did think I was buying it from a different seller but unfortunately I believe it to be the same so watch this space!

I love this, whether you wear it or usit as a kind of blanket its a good way to stay warm in these cold winter months instead of using expensive central heating systems to heat up rooms and costing a fortune to do so.The only annoyance with it is that control unit is big and clunky but other than that i recommend this product

I brought two heated capes from Amazon on 15th January 2023 on 17th May 2023, after light use (less than 50 times probably), I got electrocuted when using the product.Today the back of the controller on one cape fell off. when I picked it up, I was electrocuted. Several hours afterwards my hand is still tingly from being electrocuted.The back of the controller is supposed to be held on by two screws that need a trinagle shaped tool to loosen/tighten them. I do not have a tool like this so have no way to try to screw the controller back together - it can very easily be pulled apart currently, so I have no way of safely using this cape again.Afterwards I checked how secure the back of the controller was on the second cape and it is also loose and looks like it could easily come apart.These items are unsafe and I have asked the manufactured to refund the cost of the items to I can buy replacements from an alternative manufacturer.

Bought for my granny who seems to be cold all of the time no matter how many blankets she has or how warm the room is. Its fabulous, very soft material great quality. Heat is controlled by a very handy remote with has 6 settings so she can easily control temperature. Naturally she keeps it at a 5-6! Best of all there is an added safety feature where the blanket automatically switches off after 90 minutes of continuous use- particularly great for the elderly or incase you fall into a blissful slumber!Tip: use when sitting against a chair and you're guaranteed to be toasty in seconds!
