Now I like it!!!!
I set it up , took a while!! It is easy to use, once you play with it and get the hang of it. I was able to scan in and categorize about 50 pages of receipts and papers in less than 1/2 hour. It DOES take patience and the learning curve. Now I really like it. It comes complete, nothing else to buy, unlike others.

FAST, DUAL SIDE SCANNING
Best scanner. I bought one for a client after using it at another client. Quick, easy to use, do not have to get up from desk to put paper in scanner. Quality, dual side scanning and speed of scanning.

DO NOT PURCHASE HP IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE—There is NO customer service. I ordered, and the power cord didn't work. I spent two days and hours on the phone, but no help was received. I am returning and will be purchasing a different brand. Too bad for HP! They wanted me to go to their HPParts.Sales and order AND pay for a cord! $447.56 I spent and now they want me to purchase a cord!

Scans great, annoying app glitches.
This scans great, is fairly fast, and the images are really clear. The only problem I have run into is that if I haven't used it for a bit, it turns itself off. That wouldn't be a problem if it didn't also stop working when I turn it back on. The scan app says the computer can't find the scanner. Then I have to restart my computer to get it to work again. It's annoying and time consuming. Also, I didn't notice before I purchased this, but it is not wireless.

Great Scanner
It was relatively easy to install to my desktop computer. I scan lots of multiple copies at a time to my payroll clients.The scans are crisp and clear. It scans rapidly also! I am very pleased with this HP Scanner...
