Great stuff. All the flavors are great and the electrolytes aren't super salty.

Certainly helps a bit, but don't expect miracles
I've been using this particular product during workouts for a while now and it definitely helps a bit in reducing fatigue, but isn't a miracle product or anything like that. EAA's aren't super necessary, but they certainly offer more benefits than BCAA's. I use this primarily as a way to keep hydrated, which is works really well for - the EAA's are more of a plus. One thing to note, though, is to avoid the fruit punch flavor by any means. I've tried all the others and they're great (really like the Maui Twist and Apple Pear flavors), but fruit punch is awful. I'm going to try throwing in some Stevia with it to make it more bearable, but I'm not sure if that'll help with the gag-inducing medicinal flavor that's there at baseline. I would recommend just staying away and going with any other flavor besides fruit punch.

Flavor ok, but does the job
This is the 2nd flavor from this brand and it is not the best, but not the worst I've had. I can still drink it easily. The Pink Lemonade was sooo good! They do give me an extra push during workouts compared to other brands that I've trird. Def not so sore the day after working out.Flavor update 3/21: Blood Orange is the worst flavor to me so far. Tastes like medicine. Nothing orange about this. It's drinkable with lots of ice. The coldness takes away the tart nasty medicine tast.Flavor update: Maui Twist is my 4th flavor. This would be my 2nd option to Pink lemonade. Being that PL hasn't been in stocks in weeks, MT will be my #1 so far.Torn between trying anymore flavors and forcing myself to drink as to not waste my money, or just stick to what I know is good.

Blueberry Lemonade is Gross
