Good product overall
Very good product. I definitely notice that it makes me sweat more during my workouts. I usually work out at home and generally have a hard time sweating. This products has definitely changed that. I do feel somewhat more energized during my workouts as well. Worth the money in my opinion. Best flavor personally is the sour kids candy.

Makes you sweat!!
I sweat more than I did before after drinking this 30min prior to a workout. I actually feel more focused and energetic during my workouts. Lemon Lime flavor tastes great. Great Pre-workout!!

Unpleasant side effects but tastes great!
So, I have been looking for a pre-workout that didn't make me feel jittery or weird all over. I liked the fact that this is stimulant and caffeine free. I would suggest that you do measure because excessive dosage can cause side effects such as overproduction of saliva. Which turned out to be rather unpleasant. Lower your dosage and you should be fine.

Great if you want to sweat! I personally like to sweat more in a workout. Makes me feel engaged . This stuff will light you on fire ( in a good way ) . Highly recommend

Of all the supplements I’ve tried...
... this is definitely one of them! Bought this on a recommendation and, after a week of using it as instructed, I haven’t noticed any discernible effect. Just started doubling the amount I drink before working out (as suggested on the packaging) so we’ll see if that helps. On the plus side, it tasted alright and the search for results motivated me to stick to a workout schedule, so there’s that.
