Great product
As a poultry farmer, providing the optimal environment for my chicks is paramount for their health and growth. The Brooder Lamp with Bulb Guard has proven to be an indispensable tool in achieving this goal. One of the standout features of this brooder lamp is its safety design. The bulb guard provides essential protection, preventing curious chicks from coming into direct contact with the heat source. This gives me peace of mind knowing that my chicks are safe from accidental burns or injuries. The lamp itself is sturdy and well-built, capable of withstanding the rigors of daily use on the farm. I appreciate the adjustable height feature, which allows me to control the intensity of the heat and ensure that it's just right for my chicks' comfort.Another highlight is the reliability of the heat output. The lamp consistently maintains a stable temperature, creating a warm and cozy environment that promotes healthy chick development. Whether it's brooding day-old chicks or providing supplemental heat during cold weather, this lamp delivers consistent results every time.Installation was a breeze, requiring minimal effort to set up and start using. The long power cord provides flexibility in placement, allowing me to position the lamp wherever it's needed without hassle.Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the Brooder Lamp with Bulb Guard. It's a reliable and essential tool for any poultry operation, providing safe and consistent heat for growing chicks. If you're in need of a dependable heat source for your brooder, look no further than this lamp. Highly recommended!

very happy
Kept my tomatoes alive in 18 degree weather. you do need to buy heat bulb to go with them.Worked great.just wished they had an on off switch.

It does the job!
I bought this product last year and it didn’t disappointed! We were new chicken parents and this was our choice because it was an affordable option, our chickies stayed warm and happy. You have to get the bulb separately, so be mindful of that. Very easy to assemble, and to use. It could be a bit thicker so it could be more resistant to dents, but by the same token, it it’s heavier it’ll be riskier to fall and cause an accident, so I think it’s good.

Simple functional design. Reliable.
Simple brooder lamp. Took a 250 watt heat bulb, been on continuously for 3 weeks. No on/off switch (not needed), has bulb guard, and a bail to hook to a chain/cord to suspend. (Chain recommended, as not flammable). Definitely recommend.

Heat Lamp Fixture
I don't have any chickens to brood, what I have is an outdoor workshop that gets chilly in the winter.I slapped a 250 watt heat bulb in mine, used that bail at the top to hang it from a rafter.with the two other pieces of wire, you pop them into the holes and that protects the bulb from damage or from running your head into it.Works like a champ. Be sure you get the size unit that will accommodate the proposed bulb wattage you want to use, so the bulb will fit in the fixture.Arrived on time, made of the cheapest possible materials, but it looks safe to plug in and the connections all seem good. Throws out the heat a lot safer and cheaper than a gas heater or electric floor model would.

No clamp but good otherwise
Doesn't have a clamp so make sure you don't need one.
