German shepherd Stafford mix with possible Malinois mix doggie. She is over the moon with this toy. The flirt pole has upped our quality in gaming together. I love it and dog has an absolute blast running after it. I am insanely proud and impressed with her agility and gentleness in that she literally just follows the pole w/ the squeaky in her mouth, although i do actually enjoy the texture and strong fabric she has killed the squeaky in the first use LOL. It doesn’t matter the breed here bcI am confident that my late Yorkie would have loved to run after a dangling toy! But definitely helps her get her energy out. I can see her thinking and pausing to grab it in the air! So easy to use. Looks like a fishing pole XD I say “let’s go fishing” LMBO!! I am a small human with an exceptionally strong and very intelligent, sharp minded dog who always needs another up in her gaming. I waited extra time to get this, for 20 instead of 30 out of not having the 30 and was surprised it came in two boxes. I cannot believe as a person with cats AND dogs before in the same house I didn’t make the mental connection. I feel that dog people should welcome the fact that getting a bit more than balls and the normative dog toys is totally fine and can be fun for both dog and human. I need both hands but can play with one. She has been gentle with me XD

Durable enough for my rambunctious 50lbs Pit/Akita mix! This is hands down his favorite toy. He is obsessed with it. I literally have to put it in the car after we play so he’s able to rest inside without stalking it lol. We’re working on socialization and reactivity, and this tool brings him to nearly the level of excitement and hyper-fixation as another dog. This is super valuable in training. For prey drive, heart rate variable, impulse control, etc.

I’ve had this for a few months now and I’m just now writing my review for it. It has withstood my massive German Shepherd puppy teeth, and it’s by far his favorite toy! He has played with this toy daily for MONTHS and his excitement for it has never wavered! As soon as I grab it to take outside, he gets so excited! I love how sturdy this thing is! As you can see, he’s a big boy! He loves to chase it and shake it! He plays tug-of-war REGULARLY with this and the cord isn’t even slightly frayed!!! It’s BUILT TOUGH! Unfortunately, the squeakers have perished by now, so I’ve found they sell replacement heads for this! I love how well built this thing is too! It’s made very well! I know I’ve said it’s built tough, but I mean that with everything I got. It’s completely indestructible besides the squeakers losing their squeakiness!!! That’s the only thing that could potentially cause some people to give you less than five stars, but if you are realistic, you know darn well all toys lose their squeakers first!The stick is THICK and I love the rubberized grip handle. If you need instructions on how to use this, see my video. It’s real simple. The dogs can chase it, use it for a tug toy, and they can also use it to jump! I think it looks cool too! Awesome! This flirt stick was recommended by our trainer #k9sinharmony. My pup and older lab cannot get enough of it we play everyday. Impressed with durability with lab and young Dobi. Love squeakers at end of some of the straps.

This thing is like crack to a dog, especially high prey drive dogs like German shepherds. Mine goes crazy for this thing. As soon as I pull it out she’s jumping, spinning, trying to grab and almost all commands go out the window until I correct her. It’s absolutely great for impulse control, but when they grab the end, the release is the hard part. She tug and spin and wrap me like a mummy until it gets short enough where I can reach the sqeeky part so she can pull anymore. Only the stretchy rope part you have to grab to get the dog to come back if they don’t release it. But yeah, 10 minutes with this thing a few times a week is all that’s needed

I bought this for my 10 week old GSD puppy. I am an awful judge of size, but all the other flirt pokes looked like a big dog would snap them in half. It was really funny using it when he was little.He is now 6 months old and 50lbs. The weather is nice and we can use it outside. THIS IS THE BEST TOY. It’s super heavy duty. The lures may eventually wear out, but you can buy more.A 10 minute session gets the puppy crazies out. I have used it inside but it’s much more fun outside. I have some medical issues, and have used this sitting down to work him out.

I purchased this a few months ago for my puppy. It worked great during the landshark phase. I was able to play with him without being so close he would bit me. Now that he is 6 months old he still loves it. It's great chase game for him.The toy has held up really well. My puppy did chewed on the pole and handle. Both still function perfectly fine. This was my fault for leaving it out. It's not a toy to leave unattended.

This is the BEST toy ever! When we got our Labrador puppy with little razor teeth (8 weeks when we got her) as she is growing we need something to play with safely & not grab toes, shoes, pots in the yard etc. Our breeder kept two puppies from the litter so I got her one too. Both of us love it, as it is soft enough to not harm a puppy's mouth, but made from fabric that is tough enough to withstand being played with. It came & was ready to go within minutes & at the price offered by Amazon, well worth it. I'll be copy/pasting this review as I bought the same thing in a different color for her.
