Everything is good, except for the density of the padding
Padding isn't the greatest. I like the location of the padding, the padding wraps around the outside of the palm, which is good for when on the hoods, but generally the padding is too thin for me. The fit is pretty good, the fingers are perhaps a touch too long. The snot-wiping fabric on the thumb is nice, it actually can absorb a little bit, unlike some other gloves which have virtually nothing there. Everything about these gloves is pretty nice, it's just the most important factor to me, the padding, is not quite adequate. If you are a person who doesn't want a lot of padding, these would probably be an excellent choice and a good value.

A good solid basic glove.
This is a good pair of basic gloves. They fit very nicely. They don't have the pull loops to make taking the glove off easier but that's of little concern to me since I've never used gloves with this feature until recently. The padding is good for this level of glove but Giro's upscale gloves in the Bravo and Monaco lines are better. Note though, too much padding can make the glove unwieldy. If you tend to put a lot of weight on your hands as I do it's much better to pad the handlebars sufficiently.I have standardized on Giro gloves because I have had a pair of Giro gloves that I've been using for at least 6 years and so I can attest to their durability.

Good padded gloves!
These gloves provide good protection against the rough handle bar grip of my bike. There is just the right amount of padding placed strategically on the pressure points of the palm while allowing freedom to open/close your palm. The microfiber material is super soft on the grip side with firm gel padding stitched inside. The back of the palm has a thin flexing lycra material which allows your hands to breathe and for sweat to wick off. My hands sweat A LOT and these gloves do help with that. There is no reflective coating or material to help with visibility besides the color that you choose. The size of the velcro looks small but does the job securing the gloves. It does concern me that the velcro strap flap seem thin and fragile but I have no issues so far. There is a small flap extends from the base of the palm that allows the gloves to be put on easily. However, taking them off is more challenging without any loops at the finger holes that are found on other gloves. Overall the Giro Jag is a good light pair of gloves which is designed for the biker in mind.

Worth the money
I’ve had thee for less than 6mo so I won’t be able to speak to the nature of their durability; but as an avid cyclist who’d prefer not to empty the bank on kit accessories, this coming in under $30 was agreeable AND they do the job.If you decide to buy them, once you put the glove on you will begin to see where the extra money would have went if they were more expensive: the hook and loop (aka velcro) lip of the glove that encloses it around your wrist is very thin/flat; so when it’s closed, it sits almost so flush to the material that it’s a pain to get your other gloves finger underneath it to get it off. Also, the palm padding is not very substantial either. So, I imagine that after a full summer’s-worth of sweat from grit and use, the material may break-in to the point where it merely serves as a thin stylish barrier between your hands and the drops...nothing more. But, again, the low price-point makes replacing them 9-12mo in the future not that big of a deal.So in the meantime, I’d say they’re working out beautifully (bought the blk/blk and the blk/wht); maybe I’ll update this review later if there’s anything substantive to add down the line.

Numbness
I have given these 4 stars because I know that comfort is 100% subjective and anatomy can play a huge role in blood flow with gloves. I do really like how they feel. The cushion is nice and the build quality feels good. They are light and feel very breathable which would be great for a hot day. Unfortunately, these gloves don't seem to work well for me. I got numbness in my fingers after just fifteen miles of riding. I've never had numbness with other gloves or without gloves. I'm pretty bummed since these look so much nicer than the other gloves I wear, but I don't think my hands will get used to the pressure points the gloves push on.

Almost perfect!
I would give these gloves five stars if they were not slippery on my carbon fiber handlebars. The tops of my handlebars are not wrapped with handlebar tape cuz they are flat. The leather on these gloves slides easily across them and it kind of scares me when riding fast. So I don't keep this hand position very long as I'm rotating hand positions. But now for the good oh, they are super lightweight and the pads are very thick on the palms witch I like a lot. I have medium sized hands and order a medium. Are kind of tight on and left me wondering if I should have ordered a large. Decided to keep them and see if they would break in. So far so good.

Ok gloves, but not as good as Giros similarly priced offerings
Decided to give these a shot as I've been using Bravo's by giro for a decade almost exclusively. These are not as good, I can say that after about 500 miles of riding they are just around average. The pad for palms, at least for my hands, are too far apart and causes numbness very quickly, which hasn't been ideal on my 50+ mile rides.Material feels cheaper as well, but the fit is superior.I'm surprised that Giro hasn't adapted to glove loops to take off as even some of the cheapest gloves have but that's also not a knock on these. If you're debating between Bravo's or these, get the Bravo's

Thin Padding, Size Runs Small
I purchased these gloves because I was hoping they would provide better palm padding and comfort; more that is, than a different brand I had purchased earlier: TheSouke Sports Cycling padded half finger bike gloves.I was disappointed to see that the Giro Jags and the Souke Sports are essential the same glove. They both have the same thin padding and use the same padding placement. One plus for the Giro Jags is that they have double stitching construction, but they run a size smaller, and they do not offer the convenience of the pull tabs.If padding, true gel padding, isn't an issue for you then the Giro Jags are adequate. I will keep looking.

Sizing seems way out!
Just received these and they're going straight back. I bought XXL. The gloves tho' marked as XXL were smaller than my old XL gloves (from Gel). Also I was not very impressed with the quality of them compared to my 5 year old Gel gloves which are falling apart now. Somehow doubt these Giros would last a year. Sadly Gel don't do XXL so a bit lost.

Cool hands Luke !
Only used a few times so far they've been great my hands have been padded but still remain cool , but only time will tell regarding the quality , they don't seem as good as my other giro gloves quality etc but in fairness these are a third of the price so it's thumbs up from me ....

Quality glove from a good manufacturer.
Great glove. Good comfort on longer rides, they wash well and seem to be holding up after a summer of hard use.

okayish
A little bit smaller for a L size, nothing special, padding doesn't give me much confidence. I don't mind using them for the moment. Probably won't buy it again.
