Good glove, good fit
These gloves fit properly and are comfortable. Very good especially for this time of year. I wear them dog walking for over 3 miles in the morning, .07 mile in the afternoon and 2.2 miles at night. My hands stay warm and not sweaty, these gloves ventilate well. They are always dry when I use them for my next walk. I don't think they would do well for long in below zero temps, they are not windproof or waterproof. So within reasonable parameters they are very good gloves. 4 for warmth and 4 for water resistance is fair. I own a pair of wells lamont hydrahyde gloves that are more suited for the colder tempts. I recommend these gloves and would by them again!

Great Gloves
I am very pleased with these gloves. They keep my hands warm in below-freezing temperatures, easy to put on and remove, and very comfortable. These gloves are a third of the price of my Gordini ski gloves and they do a much better job of keeping my hands warm in freezing temps. They are a bit thick, so they aren't much for feel (although they are better than my ski gloves), but they are definitely good for outdoor work such as shoveling snow and chopping wood. They are water resistant, but not waterproof, so it helps to apply some leather waterproofing wax on them. Great gloves, especially for the price!

Comfortable, well made, good flexibility.
I needed a durable pair of insulated work gloves for my husband that would stand up to abuse, keep his hands warm, and still allow him the flexibility to handle tools and small parts with the gloves on. Have only had these a short time but so far they are performing nicely.

WARM!
I needed a heavy-duty pair of gloves to shovel snow and use snow blower. Couldn't find a decently priced pair of heavy warm women's gloves, so I bought this men's style for construction workers. While these were a men's small size and fit my hand well, the fingers are still quite long on my small hands (have same problem with women's gloves!) But I don't need them for detail work. They are comfortable, durable, and keep my hands toasty warm in Cleveland's variable winter weather (teens one week, 50's another). Thank you Wells Lamont -- hey, can you make these in women's sizes?

Understand Why They are "Amazon's Choice"
Splendid work gloves for their value. Exceptionally durable, warm, snow & wind resistant. Even use them for outdoor activities like running below 25°F. Get one size larger and can put glove liners inside for even greater warmth.

Best Winter Gloves ever made.
If you work outside during the cold winter months you need a pair of these gloves. They are very warm and also tough using leather where the most wear occurs. I have used these for many years when I worked at a pipe yard and used them year round. Very well made and a great value. Finding really good work gloves is tough. These fill the bill. Try 'em, you'll like 'em.

Wells Lamont makes a quality glove .
Wells Lamont gloves for well made and I believe have been around for a long time.Read the description carefully and review the pictures carefully. Thinsolite is a registered trademark and you will find a thinsulate tag sewn into the gloves and the Thinsulate logo and information on the product Tag.Whether it has thinsulate or not Wells Lamont makes quality gloves in my opinion.

Great gloves for winter and durable
Super warm and comfortable but a little bulky and not the best for really wet conditions, I work in canada outside and normally need to wear 2 pairs of gloves in order to keep my hands warm in the winter but these gloves I only use them and they are super warm and durable unlike most winter gloves and liners I've tried

Warm and durable
Keeps my hands warm while working in the cold and feel like they are good quality. Only problem is the long thumbs on it, I don’t know why they made it like that.

Fit a bit small
My hand from the tip of my middle finger to the bottom of my palm measures 7 5/8". The glove fells good and fingers fit well but the connection from the glove to the wrist are actually on my palm, so not a good fit. Will exchange for a larger size, seem like very good gloves.

Great gloves
Great glovesI had to go a size larger.I have arthritis so my hands are swollen all the time. But once the padding wears down a bit inside the glove, they are the best work gloves for people who have arthritis. They are very well made very durable very comfortable once broken in best gloves I ever had for working, hard work.UpdateI've been landscaping, something I never thought I could do again due to extreme cartilage damage in my hands. These gloves allowed me to move, rake, and shovel thousands of pounds of crushed stone and move dozens of large patio stones. No problem. The inner liner reduced the pressure and how much I need to close my hands. They are very durable and take the punishment.I only found 1 place that could be improved to make them perfect. The sowing let go on both thumbs, due to scraping on sharp patio stones. This is not a flaw just a weak area ( See photos ).A small leather patch would protect this area better.I highly recommend these gloves for heavy work.Useless for using your phone though. ;) Ha ha.
