I like these shoes so much that I bought a second pair in both colors (blue and tan.) I wore my first pair of blue shoes for 3 weeks on a trip to the Galapagos Islands and Machu Picchu. They held up so well, on stone streets, beaches and trails as well as in the city. They don't look like hikers; they're lightweight and very comfortable. The best all around hikers that I have ever found.

Well made, very good quality.. Comfortable and light. Merrell makes the best walking shoes and they last a long time. I have several Merrell shoes in different style.

This is my 2nd pair. Just like my 1st pair in blue color, you can take this shoes for a long walk as soon as you get it. Right out of the box. No need for break ins. I got my 1st pair a few days before I left for my 10-days mediterranean cruise. Wore it straight from the box for my flight out to Rome and had a good time walking around Europe’s cobble stoned streets without pain.This can be worn in the rain without worry. I used to wear size 7 but I usually get a size 7.5 now for my own comfort. This has a good snug fit in the heel so it works well with my plantar fasciitis. My heel is very comfortable in it. It’s light weight too. You may use your own insoles if preferred. The original insoles are good by itself.

Light weight to pack and light weight to wear. Dry quickly if wet. Very comfortable and roomie. Did not need to break-in. The very first time I wore them, I hiked through a rain forest with all kinds of ups and down the rocks, boulders, waterfalls etc and did not feel any discomfort due to shoes. They are good for walking on road or trails as well. They look great too!I will recommend these shows for hiking.

Aesthetically good looking shoe. Very comfortable, excellent support, runs large. I’m 8.5-9. Ordered 8.5.8 was needed in this sizing.

I have had at least 7 pairs of these in the past. I have wide feet and will go for the wide size when available, but there is some give in the shoe so the regular width will work for me too. I have a few different colours so I can change them out. I’m on my feet a good part of the day and these are so comfortable you forget about your feet. I wouldn’t wear them for a hike over about three miles, boots are better for that, and with rugged terrain, but they do go easily from town to woods.One criticism I do have though - the pale grey rubber toe guard scuffs easily. I wish they’d use black here.

First thought when I put them on was so cute!But of course what is important comfort and quality.Well so far they have it all.I was surprised.I needed a pair of light weight hiking shoes not heavy boots.The size is spot on. I wear a 9 and bought a 9. I like the wide rounded toe area.Nice Arch and they are stiff enough so you are not sliding around in the shoe but very light and flexible.The tread is aggressive enough for snow but not for ice.I have been wearing all day to get a real feel for them and no problem with rubbing except the tongue of the shoe is a bit long but not a problem.And did I say So Cute!Yes highly recommended.

I ordered these boots for an upcoming hiking trip in Colorado. I have been wearing them on walks and hikes in Illinois to break them in. I purchased them 2 days into my try before you buy trial. They are so comfortable. Usually I wear an 8 but I got an 8.5 to accommodate for thicker socks. Fit perfectly!

Ca fait au moi s 8 paire que jachete, je les aimes bcp très confortable, pas trop chaude mais ne dure pas longtemps par contre les côtés dechirent , mais si on je les aimes beaucoup

These are comfortable right out of the box. No issues anywhere and fit like a glove. Like little suction cups on my feet, they improve my hiking ability tenfold! I've already bought a pair for my husband and will buy this brand from now on.

Very comfortable I walk a lot and the are the best I had a pair before I like them.
