How is this for voice volume? For example if I am online gaming would my voice be heard clearly and loud enough with the mic? Cheers.

You can adjust the gain amount to increase or decrease the volume of your voice. From what I’ve found, you only need it on about 1/3 gain to be heard pretty clear and loud.

Would this pick up my mechanical keyboard keys when playing video games? or does it cancel out a lot of background noise? 50cm away/ 1ft at worst case

Depends on what mechanical switches you have, 50cm is plenty of distance to cancel out most mechanical switches. If you had clicky razer greens or cherry blues I wouldn't be too sure but pretty much any other switch should be fine

Can this eliminate breathing without having to press to talk or something similar?

Eliminate breathing sounds ominous. It is a very heafty bit of kit and if used nefariously I am sure it can eliminate breathing.
