Worked great. Cut new connector and spliced in old connector. E7 code was gone. Was easy to install.

It took me days to figure out the problem.. So I ordered the cable .. I’m not much in e bikes .. but I did and works fine . and E 4 gone .. Thank you

Item as described but does NOT fit my roinside scooter.

I had an error E7 code with indicates a bad throttle. This part will work with VolPam scooters but you will need to use the connector for the old part and splice the wires together. On the old throttle, the wires are red, white and black. This replacement one has red, black and green. Just connect the spliced red to red, black to black and then the green to white and it will work. Make sure you cover the spliced wires with tape or wire wrap. It's a cheap and easy fix with a little know how. Good luck.

I purchased this throttle because I had crashed and overspun the throttle on my iscooter i9. I purchased this one over a genuine part due to the simple fact of time sake Amazon prime would get it to me faster. I use the scooter everyday to commute to work so that I don't have to drive. Firstly, when I received the part the connector is not correct so you're going to have to rewire on the original connector. The wires are the smallest gauge so you're definitely going to have to have some patience. Secondly, upon installation the neutral position peace got stuck on the handlebar and would not slide on or off. I could only get it installed by using a flat head to slide on the neutral position piece while I slid on the throttle as a whole. Thirdly, everything was installed working correctly I went on a test drive and immediately the throttle was stuck in the on position full throttle. It nearly caused me to crash all over again. I've had this throttle about a week now and it has happened on numerous occasions. So the throttle does the job, however, you're going to have to prepare that it might not last. it's good for a temporary use if you have Amazon prime to get a fast delivery but other than that I wouldn't suggest this throttle.

This is the second time I’ve purchased this throttle. My first e scooter lasted about a year before the throttle broke and I was able to replace it with this one. Connector didn’t match but was able to just connect the wires and it works perfectly. Just replaced it on my max shot scooter today and the process was smooth. Only took about 10 minutes. Wasn’t able to find a replacement that matched the model or brand scooter I have either time but this one worked fine after cutting off the connection.
