For some reason, I can't find this in any of my local stores (Yay for living in the middle of nowhere!) This makes the most delicious cake - so moist and full of carroty flavor!

I like this brand of cake mix and great for making carrot cake cookies I always add nuts and raisins and it has very generous amount of carrots in the mix

Use this to make banana cake
I add three mashed bananas to this and when done frost with cream cheese frosting . I refrigerate cake . It gets better and better .. delicious everyone who has had it loved it and wanted to know how to make it . Who would have guessed .
