Bakes and cooks evenly, great for chicken, pork, fish, stews. Love it's convenience it goes easily from the oven to the microwave to the refrig. Also baked a brownie that came out great easy to clean up.

This is good, solid, basic kitchen stuff. I make pumpkin pies at the holidays. I like the Deep Dish style MUCH better than the flat ones, but it does depend on your recipe. They are also VERY good for apple and other fruit pies as you can stack them high and make luscious, thick-fruited pies that are always a hit around our house. For THE VERY BEST pumpkin pie, follow the recipe on the unseasoned pumpkin can found in any grocery store (making fresh is highly-overrated), double the spices, cut the sugar by at least 1/4 cup and use Pillsbury Recipe Ready crusts. Other brands don't work as well....I promise your guests will RAVE! If you want thinker crust for crimping or for designs, use one extra crust and cut strips to add on the the top of the lower crust.
