The Amazon Basics Lightweight Pleated Bed Skirt looks nice and adds a very clean, tailored look to the bed! The pleated design hangs beautifully and falls perfectly to hide the box spring and any under-bed storage, making the whole bedroom look much more organized. The fabric is lightweight but feels durable, and it lives up to the promise of being wrinkle and fade resistant right out of the package. If you are looking for an affordable, straightforward, and attractive bed skirt to finish off your bedding setup, this one is an excellent choice!

Fits good-it is hard to get the darn thing on the bed by yourself., you may need help to get the fit properly. Fits the queen size bed nicely when on correctly. Good price

I'm not a bed skirt connoisseur. I think I had a frilly bed skirt on my bed as a teen, but I've managed to make it into my 40s without purchasing one on my own. However, my husband bought a metal platform bed frame for my son's room, which was great because it has a lot of room underneath for storage containers but not so great because the metal legs look a bit cheap and you could see the plastic storage bins under the bed when you walked into the room. So, I decided that a bed skirt was needed. When I started shopping, I was happy to find that a more modern pleated look is available. I learned that I would need to measure to figure out what drop I would need. Then, I learned that you usually would measure from the top of the box spring to the floor, but since we are using a platform bed without a box spring, I needed to measure from the top of the base to the floor. There are some differing opinions on whether or not a bed skirt should touch the floor, but most recommendations seem to be within a half inch give or take and an inch at the most. Since I measured just a tad over 16", that narrowed my options down to 16" pleated bed skirts, and the Amazon Basics one offered the lowest price at the time. The bed skirt material is pretty thin, but the black color I purchased is not at all see through and does the job of covering up what is under the bed. After washing the bedskirt, it was relatively wrinkle free. But after use, it did get some wrinkles. Luckily, the black color does a pretty good job of camouflaging the wrinkles, and they aren't really noticeable unless you are looking closely. That works for me, but this might not be the right pick if you are looking for something more tailored and pressed looking. The hardest part was getting it on the bed. I managed to get the full size mattress into place alone, but I recommend having help if you can. I read some articles saying that a platform bed can cause some issues with the bed skirt slipping and tearing, but that hasn't been an issue after a week of use. I have only had to do a tiny bit of adjusting, which is much better than expected. I think having rubber pads between the frame and the bed skirt helps. All in all, very happy with this purchase.

I am very happy with this bed skirt I got for my son's new twin bed. It's a nice bright white that looks nice with his comforter. It's just thick enough that you don't see through it. I also like that it is the same material on the part that goes under the mattress as well. It's not that weird cheap material that doesn't hold up well in the wash and rips. I hate that material they use for some bed skirts. This one seems to be made well. I've pulled on it a lot to adjust it after putting on the bed and it feels strong. I did wash it but I didn't iron it so I'm sure it would look even better if I did.

Very nice! No perfect because an iron foot frame bed. I had to steam iron and it is thin but has a rich look I bought the light gray. I will purchase the beige soon.

Runs large for my queen size bed. The material is quite thin.

Bought multiple of these a while back, but never left a review. It’s a bed skirt after all…. They work. They fit. They are thin, but they have lasted for a few years now… 5 stars, assuming you’re not wanting these to last 20 years.

I recently added the Amazon Basics Lightweight Pleated Bed Skirt in light grey to our guest room bed, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! The color is a beautiful, soft shade that complements the decor perfectly, adding a touch of elegance to the room. The pleated design gives it a classic look, and the lightweight fabric drapes beautifully without being too heavy. It was incredibly easy to install and fit perfectly around my full-sized bed. I appreciate how it instantly elevates the overall aesthetic of the room while also hiding the under-bed storage, creating a clean and tidy appearance. I’ve washed it once already, and it held up well with no fading or shrinkage, which is a big plus. For anyone looking to enhance their bedroom decor without breaking the bank, I highly recommend this bed skirt. It’s a great value for the quality and style it brings to any room!
