This sterling silver OM pendant hangs from a 1.2mm rhodium plated sterling silver 3 bead + 1 bar chain in a 18" length. The Om (or Aum) sign is the main symbol of Hinduism, it signifies God, Creation, & the One-ness of all creation. The three portions of AUM relate to the states of waking, dream and deep sleep. The three letters also indicate three planes of existence, heaven, earth and netherworld. Aum is said to be the essence of the Vedas and is considered to be the sound of the Sun and the sound of Light. The OM pendant measures 9/16" x 3/8".
