I’m delighted with my new extra thick mat. I was struggling with a thinner mat during exercise class and felt I couldn’t make the most of the floor work because of aches and pains where my back and hips made contact with the hard floor. This is exactly what was needed. I used it today for the first time and the difference was unbelievable.A little bulky to carry because of the thickness, but it’s light and does have a handy carry strap.I don’t know what more you would want from a mat but this one is perfect for me at a good price too. The colour (grey) is darker than in the photograph. My shoes may mark this a bit but the darker colour is quite forgiving.I would recommend this.Pros:- Very cushioned. Could not feel the hard floor- Ample length- Good width- Carry strap is handy- Light weight- Unrolls fully, doesn’t curl upCons:- Maybe prone to marks because it’s so soft- Bulky to carry

I bought this mat at Christmas 2018 for £14.95. It's a great mat and i thought i would treat myself to a new one. I understand that there is heightened demand right now but a £30 price increase is pretty disgusting! It's a good yoga mat but it's not worth £45 quid! I can see that every mat seller on here as raised prices, it's not just this seller, and I understand that circumstances/demand/supply issues means price rises are to be expected... but i felt this one was so outrageous i had to comment.

Have been using this item for 3 weeks in my Pilates class. It is long so offers more room for certain postures but it moves and creaks and groans whilst in use. After the first use, there were marks from the strap so can’t see it lasting as long as the other sort I have previously bought. I got this one as it was thicker and thought would last longer. Also, the awful chemical smell has not dissipated after three weeks. It is making me feel sick as you get close to the mat for exercises on your front. It smellls like someone has tried to set fire to it! An expensive mistake. Ordered a replacement today.

My 79 year old mother-in-law has just taken up Pilates so I bought this mat for her birthday and she has been delighted with it. She said her mat is the thickest one in the class and the other ladies are quite envious as they would like their mats to be thicker especially as they are all older ladies. Rolls up nicely and arrived very quickly in time for her birthday so it was a hassel free, very useful and very gratefully received birthday gift!

This mat is extremely comfortable, the thickness is the best I’ve used on a yoga mat but the biggest issue is that it is VERY slippery. I use it at home doing yoga on laminate flooring and it is very difficult to use sometimes because of how slippery it is. I will most likely be getting a new mat soon as this one just doesn’t quite cut it due to the slipperiness.

I am doing pregnancy yoga and found the normal yoga mats uncomfortable - this one is perfect and very comfortably because of the thickness! It also rolls up quite thick so you look like you are carrying a lot but it has a comfortable handle to put round your shoulder.Would most definitely recommend x

This mat is very comfortable. The carry strap keeps it together and makes it easy to store and carry. However there was far too much packaging!!! It came wrapped in plastic, which as fine and an address label could have just been attached to that and it could have been posted without out any risk of damage. Especially as it is just a big roll of foam. It came in a huge cardboard box that was filled with at least 15 metres of brown scrunched up paper. What a waste! It nearly filled my re-cycling bin as it was virtually impossible to flatten as it was so twisted and scrunched!!1

I bought this mat for my 6 year old son’s camping trip. Thought it needs to be something easy to set up, but also thick enough to give him some padding to sleep on. The mat looks great and very good quality. It served its purpose for the camping night. I think i will now use it for my dvd work outs at home as it seems so much better than my old standard thin exercise mat. Really happy with the purchase, 5 stars! Great value for money!
