Beyond expectation.. Love it
Im 63, got a new position at work and sit all day. I was looking for some type of vibrating device to have at my desk to help with blood circulation in my legs and feet. This roller works perfectly. The strength of vibration is amazing, 5 levels, I use it on 3.

Nice, but intense! Probably more than you need
I bought this as part of my recovery from a torn calf. The vibration is wayyyy too intense for my calf. BUT I also have a sore heel from Tennis and it is great for that, so in that respect I'm glad I bought it. But for my calf, I think the basic foam roller is better.

Works great for my back
I have arthritis in my lower back and this helps after my usual back exercises. I like the different vibration levels. It's not too thick and it holds a charge for a long time.

This is a great foam roller It helps soothe with all your aches and pains It’s really nice to have on a hard day at work or gym to help with a massaging on your body. It relaxes you so much. the design as well made? It’s firm, but not hard when roll on your back or your quads it’s very helpful It takes all the tightness and stiffness from your legs after a good workout It’s nice to have if you have a sit down job you can massage your feet while you work I will be purchasing another one

Narrow but works well
I am not an overly wide person (women’s’ size 12) but the roller is much more narrow than other rollers I’ve used. Unfortunately I have to roll my back separately from my arms because it isn’t wide enough to get all the way across. Otherwise the vibration works well and the material is nice and firm.

Good quality, worth the money.
Good quality, worth the money. You can use it as a regular roller as well, but works much better with vibrating function on. Battery life is pretty good. It's a little fussy about which USB cable you use. I use it every night to get the kinks out of my lower back and shoulders and it has been great. Would recommend for sure.
