I have arthritis in my lower back and this helps after my usual back exercises. I like the different vibration levels. It's not too thick and it holds a charge for a long time.

Honestly I did not expect much from this. Foam rollers always felt like a waste of money to me. Figured it would end up in the closet with everything else I bought and never used. But this one is different. The vibration actually gets into the muscle, not just rolling on the surface. My sciatica has been bad for a while and after using this a few times a week I notice way less flare ups. It genuinely helps. Only downside is the battery could last longer. I charge it more than I would like. Never thought a foam roller would become part of my routine, but here we are.

I bought this as part of my recovery from a torn calf. The vibration is wayyyy too intense for my calf. BUT I also have a sore heel from Tennis and it is great for that, so in that respect I'm glad I bought it. But for my calf, I think the basic foam roller is better.

Smaller size than what I was looking for. Overall it works though. Barely fits the width of my back, and barely big enough for 1 leg. For reference, my waist size is a 32 - I’m not a very big human.

Good quality, worth the money. You can use it as a regular roller as well, but works much better with vibrating function on. Battery life is pretty good. It's a little fussy about which USB cable you use. I use it every night to get the kinks out of my lower back and shoulders and it has been great. Would recommend for sure.
