Effective pain relief
I found this gel effective pain relief for a painful arthritic knee. It was a gradual but noticeable improvement. I have been using it for 2 weeks and have ordered more.

Dose not Work on bad pain
This product is probably ok if you have a mild pain but if like me you have really bad pain in your knee it dosnt work, I might aswell be rubbing water into my knee, so basically for me it was a waiste of £26 I think I will stick to voltarol 12hr as it works and its cheaper.👎👎👎
