Great product for the money
I’ve been using Borthe for quite awhile now, never been disappointed with my colours I’ve chosen, it’s a 5* product, I get approx 3 uses from the one tube, so great value for money, it’s a hair dresser’s products for such a low price, just use 20 volume to mix with, so easy to use, next day delivery.

Did not work
When I mixed the dye with a developer, it did not look anything like strawberry - in fact I struggled to name the colour but a brick was probably the first association that came to my mind. The result was slightly enhanced hair colour that I had previously - and the last time I dyed my hair was over three months ago so...!Very stubborn root coverage, unfortunately. The most positive aspect being the dye did not stick to my facial skin probably tells that it sticks rather poorly to the hair.I will be back to using Loreal Majicontrast next month.

Ok hair colour
The colour worked well although darker than it looked on shade chart.

Amazing colour!
I’ve never used a professional dye before, I’ve always gone with box dyes and while it did eventually wash out to a pretty faded pink after a couple of months, I’ve got no complaints whatsoever. The colour that came out in the beginning was amazing, brightest red I’ve ever seen and I will be using it again!

Works very well
People are confused how to use this product. Just so you know, the instructions are printed on the inside of the cardboard box.You do need to mix it with crème peroxide developer. The most common is to use 6% 20vol peroxide, and mix it 1:1 with the tube of dye.Had a very good result with 5:4 and it got my roots and coloured them brilliantly.

Not impressed
Doesn’t cover the roots at all. The colour is lovely on the rest of my hair but whether I leave it ages, put loads of the cream colour on etc, nothing happens to the roots, they stay my natural hair colour.
