Excelent Steamer! Perfect for mobile beauticians.

UPDATE: after only a handful of uses the steamer fell apart. I had taken extremely good care of it but despite this the arm of the steamer practically disintegrated at the join. After contacting the seller I was originally told a replacement would be sent but they then changed their minds and instead sent a partial refund, which as I actually wanted a steamer that worked was not an ideal outcome. I would save your money and avoid this product. Steamer works well. Previous reviews mention that it only stays on for 10 mins or so before beeping and cutting out. This is a safety feature. You shouldn’t be steaming your face for longer that long anyway. Approx 3-5 minutes is enough. Downside is I find the compartment difficult to remove unless completely empty.

Bought this for my salon, tried it yesterday and I’m glad I did, doesn’t work the steam comes out of the water compartment and not the arm. On route back to returns, would not recommend

I was really looking forward to using this steamer. Unfortunately the quality is very poor and when I went to use it, it didn't work!
