The best tasting drink out there for workout and preventing muscle loss. I’ve tried most of them and this is the best I’ve found. Lees Cookies and Cream is the best flavored out of them imo. Pro Tip-Put ice in it and blend it and it tastes like an ice cream shake!

I have ordered from Labrada Nutrition before. I tried the caramel vanilla which were delicious. I should’ve stuck with what I knew. I received these early this morning and put some in my refrigerator. I was excited to try one so I shook it, opened it, and boy was I surprised when it came out like curdled yuk! The flavor wasn’t the issue but I definitely don’t like the curdled texture. When I think of a protein shake, this isn’t it. I’m very disappointed because these aren’t cheap…
