I'm not really in to sun hats, especially the floppy straw ones which frankly look ridiculous on me, and tend to stick to the peaked cap variety. But I really like this one, it offers far more protection than a cap, and I love that I can put my ponytail out the back. It's well made, has breathable mesh sections, is a generous but adjustable size and the drawstring cord means you don't have to worry about it blowing off your head with the slightest puff of wind. It will be perfect for my long summer hikes in the country. I ordered the pink/grey one and it is much darker than I expected. It looks like a pale baby pink in the pictures but is actually more of a dusky rose, but it is still nice. Now I just need the sun to come back so I can wear it.

The hats nicely made. It has netting to keep you cooler on a hot day. You can use the poppers on the sides to alter the hats shape. I've used it twice so far and it keeps me well shaded from the sun. I bought one of these hats , loved it so much, folds easily into bag, i bought another 2 in different colours. Its the right size brim without being too big to protect my skin from the sun as i have skin cancer. They are well made. Definitely worth buying. I also like the cord under your chin . In a windy environment you dont lose the hat.

Bought for my Wife who is quite petite. She is very pleased having the ability to adjust the hat's circumference with the rear drawstring. The hat feels light and comfortable, with a sturdy rim (not floppy), which gives good protection. Easy folding for packing away whether for storage or in holiday luggage. Lovely light blue colour too. I've earnt myself some brownie points with this gift, so it's win win all round. !!

I wanted a hat I could use when gardening but also out and about and this fits the bill. Pretty enough to wear on a day out but also practical for in the garden. Comfortable to wear and the brim gives good shade. Nice hat.
