Ricola Original Cough Drops are a lifesaver and a great value for the money whenever I have a sore throat or cough. They are soothing, effective, and not overly sweet, striking the perfect balance of herbal flavor. I appreciate that they are natural and gentle, yet they work quickly to ease irritation and keep my throat comfortable. Why did you choose this product over others?:Been using these for years. Holland & Barrett have been out of stock for a long time locally so decided to by from Amazon. Product was well packaged, arrived on time and price was competitive. Would buy again.

Wonderful & conforting for chesty problems or at any time
Having loved the original version of Ricola herb sweets, I am delighted to discover and try these. They are just like the original version and very good for clearing congestion etc., but also with honey making for a nice smooth taste somehow.Ricola have mixed the fair trade honey within the sweets rather than it being in a soft centre so it starts to work straight away. If someone has a sore throat or chest the honey should be just the job for soothing them. Even though they are lovely for medication, they are really nice for any time as well, including the elements of mint and menthol that they contain.I wondered if they were made in Italy or somewhere to cover EU requirements as some Swiss Chocolate for here can be. I was pleased to see that they are still made in Switzerland of Swiss herbs plus fair trade honey, so that is good. 😋 I will still enjoy the original version of these, but am so pleased with this variation. Thank you so much Ricola, a lovely taste from Switzerland ! :-)

Good sweets- also for concert audiences
These are a pleasant mild taste and the wrappers are not to loud in case you need a cough sweet whilst at a concert…though I still generally wait in between individual performances to open one- just in case!
