High River Sauces Hellacious Hot Sauce

The single best hot sauce I have tasted. It has a fruity smokey flavor. Would make a great wing sauce or if it was thicker it would be a BBQ sauce. The heat is pleasant. It doesn't burn which I guess is okay, I wasn't after a butt burner, I wanted a good anytime sauce and I found it. Fantastic flavor with moderate burn that leaves a little after burn.

I purchased this as a gift for a friend who loves hot sauces. The bottle/label design is awesome and the flavor is nice, a bit above a “medium” level heat. Packaged safely and arrived on time. Would purchase again.

It's got an interesting taste, but I won't buy again. A little umami, a little vinegar, a little sweetness, but it just didn't make me love it. The consistency was on the things side.

This hot sauce is great for all uses. I enjoy using it to add a little geat and flavor to my food, or cooking with it. I expected a little more heat but the flavor makes up for it!

There are a lot of hot sauces that are hot. Then we have sauces that taste good but aren't hot. With this, you get the best of both worlds. Great for wings or to spice up a sandwich!

I love this product but this was my first time buying from this seller. Upon receipt of bottle I saw that it expires in three weeks. This is a lot spicier than Tabasco and will take far longer than three weeks to consume. Here’s the kick in the crotch; not only did the bottle have said expiration date but the bubble wrap around the bottle had a sticker on it w/ the same exp. date. The bubble wrap and sticker do not come from the maker of the product. Who likes to be insulted?

I'm a huge fan of this one. I've yet to try a High River sauce I didn't absolutely love, but Hellacious may be my favorite one yet. It's hot, really hot, but not even close to too hot. The flavor is amazing. Complex, smokey, and just a tiny bit of heat.
