Great all around pan and love the folding handle, perfect size, and the coating makes it easy to clean.

This is a really good pan and I debated not giving it 5 stars, but there a couple things that keep it from perfect. On the good side: it's very smooth and durable teflon non-stick. Not like some others that have ridged insides. It cooks well, but due to light weight requires a little more attention. On the downside - because it's very light, it doesn't give the impression of being long term durable. And it's not exactly inexpensive at $30 bucks. It's a little finnicky to clean having a ridged bottom and unsmooth sides. The last thing is the handle. Although I love the way it flips inside, it's too flimsy. It really needs something between the wires to stiffen it up some. Take a look at the Walmart brand Ozark and you'll see what I mean, but it's still better than those.

I went camping this past weekend and used the pan for cooking potatoes and eggs. Its a great size - love the depth. It washed up quickly and easily. Very happy with the purchase.

This is not some flimsy frying pan; it's thick gauge spun aluminum skillet with a handle bracket fastened with sturdy rivets. This is a sculpture, a work of art offering a lifetime (or more) of outdoor culinary use. You could mount it on a mantle piece for people to admire. It's a shame to actually mar the finish by actually cooking with it. I bought two different sizes.

Purchased the smaller 8" version several years ago for camping and it worked great, so decided to purchase the 10" version for our travel trailer. We have used it several times now and have been very happy with the quality and performance. I like the folding handle for space saving storage, plus it works well when cooking, as its comfortable and does not get hot. Now we have the two sizes which compliment each other when cooking meals that require two pans with different sizes. High recommend for camping, RVs, cabins and even homes where space saving is important. Or if you just want a decent quality non stick fry pan.

Great little pan!! I would recommend a cloth or a bag to cover it with so it doesn’t get scratched while in your pack, nonstick is great! Kids loved pancakes in Algonquin backcountry:)
