Then covid hit and I worked from home, usually at my dining room table with a large computer screen. About six months ago I moved into a smaller place and started working from my recliner with a laptop literally on my lap. Actually, if you scroll down to the manufacturer's info, it is not called a cervical traction device, rather a travel neck pillow. There is no adjustability to fit to one's contour, and, for me, it just creeps over my face and squeezes the cheeks. But it is useful for keeping the head from falling backwards, and a little helpful also from keeping the head from falling to the sides. Need to use two clips at the front for keeping it under the chin. On the positive side, it does not leak, it stays inflated, and it is pleasant quality material. UPDATE: Really good as a travel pillow, both in airplane and in car, even without the clips on a healthy neck.
