Sleeping Comfortably
So the product is great. So is the headboard and sides of bed, including the mattress. So far the family who have slept on bed love it. Only one sad thing is the delivery drivers were reluctant to help me move the bed to the room. After a gentle persuasion to help them with it they did. Upset about that as I paid an extra £40 for delivery and was surprised at them being reluctant. Come on now, next time don’t charge the extra and do the job all the way. It’s not like I’m asking them to take time off to check the springs.Also I have noticed that the mattresses have different settings to them. So one is good for me and the other not as good. Also the line up with the zip is not of correct length so they both zip up but not exactly square.

Lovely beds, helpful company
We bought this bed for it’s versatility in our spare room - we can have it securely zipped up as a kingsize for our adult guests or as two singles for when our grandchildren sleepover. We ordered it with 2 single headboards and the colour tone was slightly different so I asked if this could be changed. The company have been prompt with both delivery and communication with me; their product is great - the mattress is very comfortable and the bed(s) look super - and I would happily buy another.

The bed itself is really comfortable. But there were a few problems hence only ...
The bed itself is really comfortable. But there were a few problems hence only 3-star rating.Firstly, the bed arrived a day later than I was told it would. Secondly, when the bed arrived, the hooks that are used to pull the two single beds together to create a superking were both on the same sides. We had to unscrew them and turn them around ourselves. Finally, the headboards - one sat about 2 inches lower than the other! We have since rectified the problem ourselves. Oh, and if you want them to deliver to the front door, apparently you have to pay extra on delivery?Anyway, the bed itself is extremely comfortable, and for the price you pay, is good quality.
