This is one of the best purchases i've ever made! Love the fact that it's vegan leather, without sacrificing cows! The chair is very soft, well cushioned and very modern. When it first arrived it was very well packaged. It's not difficult to assemble and includes all the tools needed to put together.Everything came in the box but was missing one screw on one of the bottom legs, so I contacted the seller and they were very responsive. Even though customer support is overseas, they responded pretty quickly to my missing screw and shipped the replacement to me immediately. I got the replacement parts within a week. They sent me an assortment of screws, the smallest one I needed wasn't an exact match but did the trick and no one would see it anyways.There are so many chaise lounge/massage chairs out there on the market that is so bulky, excessively expensive and unattractive. so when I found this sleek looking version on Amazon I decided to give it a try. I read reviews of people complaining about the low height and that it might tip over but that's only if you expect to throw yourself on it or improperly shift your weight abruptly. I haven't had any problems and I'm 5'11" and 165lbs.It's great to relax on while taking a nap or watching tv. For the price I was also surprised to find that the massage settings worked the entire body from leg to your upper back in different zones with a decent amount of pressure, but don't expect it to deliver the same level of tension from chairs that costs far more.I mainly bought this chair because I wanted a modern, reasonably priced chaise lounge to sit in, the massage functions were just an added bonus for me since I don't plan on using the massager very often. I hear stories about people buying massage chairs that costs into the thousands with all the bells and whistles to only end up being used only a few times - what a waste! This definitely solves that problem!

Product is amazing for the price. Looks good and heat is amazing. Massage is good too but not super strong, but overall it is a great product. We will see how long it lasts. I highly recommend.

Nice size, color (blue) and material (linen). Not for heavy-duty use. Good to stretch out on. The intensity message is a bit low, even when "High" is selected. Also the Heat temperature is low, barely feel it. Needs two-people to assembly. Back zipper not installed to hide the cords (bummer); I just hide them underneath the chair against the wall. Overall a basic lightweight chaise lounge.

Not too hard to put together but after you’ve put it together, have someone help you take a seat because you may get to sit but you WILL NEED HELP getting up from it. The massage feature feels good but this is too low to the floor. Also after I complained to the company they will not let me return it without paying to ship it myself! It’s 36.5lbs! NOT chump change to ship back! I requested to return it to a nearby Kohls and they refused it and said it has to be shipped back , at MY cost! This should be advertised for Little people. I am unhappy with the customer service and their matter fact phone attitudes. They also suggested that I RESELL it or gift it. I couldn’t do that with a good conscience.

Looks great in the space! Slim and modern design which fits in small space. Guide holes were a little off so assembly was challenging. No extra hardware is provided so if you strip a screw, you’ll have to head to the hardware store. The chair itself is comfortable and the heat feature is great. Beyond that, the massage feature lacks luster. The frame of the chair is not a high quality wood frame so I don’t expect it to last. Not very sturdy and can tip backwards if you’re not careful when you sit in it. I added grippers to the feet since it’s on a hard surface in my home and slides around easily.

The price point is not terrible for just a chaise, this adds the massage and heat to make it that much better.It has 5 massage(vibration) modes, 2 intensities, 3 timer options and heat option.It’s comfortable and relaxing, I love sitting in it before going to bed.It was relatively easy to put together, I used my own hex bit screw driver, the one provided is not good for getting into the right space. Other than that putting it together was a quick one person job.I wish the heat was more all over, it’s only on the upper back. Other than that I really have no complaints. For the price this is a nice chair

Our modern chairs and footstools needed replaced and we thought why not get something that will help us relax after a hard day of work. The Yoleny was a great choice and we really, really love them. With all of the features they have, we think they are a great bargain.We could tell how relaxed we felt after just a few minutes using the massage feature and the heat sure helped in the cold damp weather. They make our open concept living area look awesome. The PU black will stay nice looking for years and does not have that cold feeling like our leather couch.The only negative was the lack of padding in the boxes. Both boxes had puncture holes in them and one little spot on the underside of the chair was torn. No problem as no one will see it and it will not get bigger but could have been prevented by at least a little bit of padding.

When it arrived it struck me how light it was, just seemed to be too light. Putting it together gives you a look at the materials uses, staples cheap wood, bare minimum of strength and durability. If you are 150lbs or less maybe, I am over 200 lbs. Being an engineer, I built a structural cradle for about $30 in materials to augment the strength. Massage actually works ok, heat not too well. The look and cushions are good. It's kind of a trick, you see metal legs and think it is built well, the metal you see is all you get, it is made of cheap wood. Spend more!!!
