Refreshing protein drink! I’m not often in the mood to drink a shake so these types of juice-like protein powders are for me. This one mixes up great and takes delicious—if just a bit too sweet for my taste si I add extra water. Texture is smooth like a crystal light-type drink (see photo). I have the dragon fruit flavor and will definitely try the others. I pre-make it the day before so the foam has time to settle. I add it to 2-4 oz of water (water first, powder on top), shake it in a glass container (I don’t even need to use a blender bottle), then I put it in the fridge. When I’m ready to drink, I fill the rest with room temp water (~12oz total) and give it a single flip to mix. With this method, it’s cold enough to be pleasant and refreshing but not so cold I can’t chug it.

My new favorite way to get protein in! The taste is not over powering. The powder dissolves easily. It does not have a chalky flavor. It is not too sweet. After a few weeks of drinking it I feel better and have more energy

I mix Myprotein Clear Whey Isolate in a shaker bottle with hot water. In cold water the powder doesn't dissolve completely leaving powder clumps. Mixing with hot water completely dissolves the powder. I currently drink the dragonfruit flavor and it's my favorite. I've also tried strawberry, watermelon, and mango peach. All quite good. I pour it into a peach tea drink and delish!!

I added water to this in a glass, frothed it and let it sit 15 or so seconds for the foam to settle. It is good. I will try colder water next time. Would get this again

Has good flavor, a little sweet for my preferences but that’s not a big deal because I just add an extra 2 ounces of water to tame it down. Texture of the actual liquid is perfect… the problem is the chunks that don’t dissolve. I have shaken this thing to death and nothing gets it fully dissolved. Pictured is the best I’ve ever gotten it mixed, I can churn butter in a jar easier than getting it mixed.

I’ve tried both Dragon Fruit and Peach Mango flavors. Dragon Fruit is absolutely amazing, refreshing, juice-like. Peach Mango is fine, but not as refreshing, more fake tasting with aftertaste (reason for 4 not 5 star) I notice most the bad reviews come from people mentioning foam and clumping when mixing this powder, and I actually did some research and discovered why. This Clear Whey doesn’t contain anti-clumping additives, which is actually a good feature… But very annoying. The foam is surprisingly a sign of purity and quality. Clear Whey uses whey isolate, which mixes clean but naturally traps air when shaken, this is actually normal. If you have time, a tip that I’ve learned is to let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes, if you have time , and all product fully dissolves. If you don’t have time to wait, it’s still drinkable, just keep shaking every couple minutes and it’ll eventually dissolve. Last tip, this is amazing in Greek yogurt to get a little extra protein. Overall, I’m impressed for a powder with so few ingredients and zero carbs or fat.

I hate writing bad reviews, but unfortunately this one needs it. This product doesn't mix good at all. Try after try... it keeps clumping. I threw it in the blender once and it mixed good, but it made so much foam I had to wait nearly 30 minutes to drink it. Dont get me wrong myprotein has one of the best vanilla isolates in the market, but please stay away from the clear proteins... until you guys perfect it.

This isn't it. I am hoping that the technology for this type of protein powder advances further to make the end result pleasant, but as of right now I can't be an early adopter because it's SO unpleasant to eat. It wreaks havoc with my digestive system, even if I try to also mix in soluble and/or insoluble fiber. It feels heavy in my gut when most protein powders don't have that effect. The flavor is good, but it is accompanied by an extreme amount of foam that basically never goes away. I tried a few of the tricks that people recommend to minimize the foaming and they barely work. The drink leaves a dry and gritty feeling in my mouth that makes me not want to drink it. I ended up finishing the container simply because I'm cheap and didn't want to waste food, but every time I mixed it up I knew I was in for a beating and simply drank it for the sake of ingesting protein. I would not recommend this product yet. Like I said, hopefully future iterations will solve these problems but as of mid-year 2025, this technology doesn't create a pleasant end product.
